Beds weren't good for sleeping. We usually stay on 3rd floor but this time got 7th and nope not again beds extremely worn out and were not queen size at all

The location was down from the main part of the strip, so traffic wasn't terrible, plus there was a grocery store and CVS just right across the road. The beds are soft, they offer different type pillows so you can find the right one. The continental breakfast was muffins, bagels, cereal, oatmeal juice, apples, and milk. ,

They do not have enough parking for all the guests staying. Some guests have to park in an abandoned parking lot across the road where there's no video surveillance.

lack of hot shower price per nite is a bit steep for this place lack of 2 working elevators one ice machine worked for 7 floors

The location was great. Pool area was nice just needed more chairs. Beach was not crowded.

The tile floors in the room were not clean. The kitchen did not have appropriate pots, pans, silverware and cooking utensils. There wasn’t even a knife for cutting. The welcome information given to us at checkin states that we had to request housekeeping services the night before we wanted them. We requested services on two different nights and never received them. It was very disappointing when we had to go down to the fro t desk and ask for towels, bath cloths and garbage bags.

Customer service was great. Staff was nice and helpful. The location was perfect right on the beach. We loved the ocean view balcony. 😍 One staff member that stood out was the front the desk employee,Nattissa. I also liked the fact that parking is free.

When we first got there the elevators and ice machine weren't working. But, they fixed them promptly.. The pans in the kitchen to cook with do need to get updated. Also the tikie bar in the back was only.open one time during my four night stay. The hours that it was supposed to be open where never kept. It always closed early.. Except only one day of my stay.

Easy to room, beach and away from crowd. Check in woman on desk Wednesday very helpful. She was there several day offering water and ice Checkout on Monday woman indifferent took keys kept talking to coworker. No thank you

Pool deck & chairs not hosed off, pool water not cleaned full of feathers and sand because the water sprayer at beach quit working on Tuesday- not fixed. Steps to ocean rough. Stairs up to rooms should be hosed, not done this week. Ice broken and told to get it at tiki. One day bartender wouldn’t give ice out very very rude, I told front desk they were upset.

The staff was exceptional.We arrived very early after a very long drive. Check in was at 4pm and we were at the hotel at 10am. Toni was the person running the front desk. She was so professional and nice. She let us know she had no rooms ready but was going to call housekeeping and have them get started on our room so we could get checked in.She checked us in so when our room was ready, all we would have to do is get our key. She took our number and offered to call us as soon as it was ready. We had to run to a nearby store and before we could even get checked out, she was on the phone to let us know our room was ready. We were checked in by 11am. The staff did not stop there. an hour or so later, a gentleman showed up from the hotel just to check on us and make sure everything was okay with the room. Every staff member we had an encounter with was amazing. They treated us like we were the only guests there. I would not hesitate to visit again. from check in to check out, our stay was awesome.

Location, cleanliness

Restaurant by the pool. I went to order some food and the guy told me they don't cook on Wednesdays but there was a woman(not a worker) sitting there eating and I saw another customer leaving there with some food. I was told they don't cook on Wednesday but while I was there, it never opened. Looks like my family and I will spend our money elsewhere. Dude didn't want to fix food but was in every female face.

The proximity to the beach, the spacious room, the view from the hotel. The tiki bar was exceptional and the staff were all extremely nice and helpful.

The bathroom door was a little dingy and wouldn't stay open sometimes. We also didn't have enough towels sometimes but I know that is something the hotel could not really control.

That view of the gulf.. Oh my gosh... It is spectacular. The room was so very clean. The beds were SOFT!!!! I require a soft bed and motel beds are usually hard and they hurt my body so bad which mashed for a bit so good vacation. The staff was exceptional

The door seperating the bedroom from the kitchen was missing. I get up much earlier then my husband but it ended up but being a big deal!
