Absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the professionalism of the staff to the superior cleanliness level of the place, to the variety in the delicious but healthy breakfast options all the way to their friendly pets' policy and their very spacious suite rooms. The location was less than 4 minutes to the beach and 15 min away from most touristic destinations. I can't find anything to criticize if I am honest. Kendra and Taliyah were so professional and helpful.

Minor issues such as my bathroom's electrical outlet did not work but there was one right outside the bathroom door that did. As clean as everything was, a coffee pod was left in the coffee maker although the place was spotless! There was no night light or dimmer light anywhere. We kept the bathroom door cracked a little.But we liked it so much we added 3 extra nights.

Traveled from Phoenix to Tampa this is the best property we stayed in yet. Front desk staff very friendly didn’t get his name but stated he just moved there from Colorado. Probably one of the best hotels we ever stayed. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds with good quality linens. Shower was great good toiletries. Had a full kitchen with utensils, dishes, pans, small fridge, dishwasher, table and chairs. Nice big tv with lots of channels and apps for Netflix, Prime etc. Free hot breakfast. Looking up this chain for our next stay!

Location was ok but thought it was closer to the beach. Pet fee high not charged by the night but by the stay. Booking.com should list the pet fees before you book the room not after.

Nice and clean hotel and good location from shopping, food, the beach, and pier. Staff was responsive to request. The room size was perfect for a family and we loved having the appliances.

Did not like the animal scent in our room. There were not any pet free room options. We did not realize that it was pet friendly because we traveled with a group that selected the hotel. Our daughter is allergic to dog dander. But, overall it was a nice stay and we were comfortable. The staff was nice and responsive to request but many things were self-service. This may be a result of low staffing. Times have changed. Thankfully we didn't have many needs.

Breakfast Could have more selection

Everything was great up until the Continental breakfast I feel that you should have an associate checking the breakfast making sure that it is filled at all times it was a delay in bringing out new items the tables need to be clean constantly trash need to be taken out constantly and it was very limited on what was offered for breakfast when we got there half everything was finished at 9:30 tables were dirty trash cans were the full and you I’m just saying you should have an attendant outside watching and making sure that everything is filled for the guests as they come down and tables are being wiped frequently thank you

Location was fabulous, and to have a relatively private beach was great.

convenience and quite. the staff was friendly, they were constantly cleaning and mopping floors. we had a very nice stay.

breakfast needs more flavor and more choices. no cut up fruit, bananas were dole, they were too mealy, the coffee was terrible, community coffee much better. I had to buy creamer for my coffee. Drury inn breakfast is excellent. a ways to go on breakfast.

Everything was amazing! Professional team, always helpful especially Taliya, Kendra, and I think the gentelman's name was Jade. The breakfast was hot and delicious. It included a variety of items and something for every taste. Not your typical pet friendly hotel. Super clean, pets under control, quiet but vivid and full of life. The suite double queen room was so spacious you could add an extra inflatable bed. It exceeded our expectation and we are looking for a Bonvoy membership because of our great experience.

The location wasn't far from the beach. It was close to all of the shopping centers which was perfect.

The beds were a little too soft but other than that they were fine. Our room had no garbage can so we had to use multiple grocery bags to put our garbage in.

Did not try the breakfast. Location was good. Property was well organized and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did use laundry facilities and found them to be excellent. Pool area was very nice and clean.

Would have liked some shade around pool area. Would have liked a Keurig in the room. No way to alter air flow from A/C. Air blew straight across top of bed. No luggage rack in room.

The staff accommodated my check in like it wasn't even almost 1am. The room was beautiful and modern. Very well put together and amenitized (if that's an actual word lol!) The shower stayed hot, the Smart big screen tv and room selective WiFi worked quick and flawlessly! Best stay I have had in quite a long time... Absolutely recommend and might just have to go stay again for the heck of it, even though I live less than a mile away from it now lol!

When I went for my included, complimentary breakfast there was no whole milk available for my cereal, and that is hardly even a complaint because my Lucky Charms tasted just fine with my selection of the other 3 choices lol
