The location is wonderful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The beach chair people were fabulous the people at the reception desk that checks you in and out are also fabulous very helpful very kind

The elevators, the wait for the elevators the bartenders are not always at the bar when they say it's going to be open, the main thing is there's problems with the unit itself the commodes back up easy dripping condensation from the air vents a curtain rod holding up a curtain from the hallway to the bunk beds was held on by one screw and it fell out we couldn't put it back the toilets rattled a few other things no batteries in the remotes for the TV or no remotes at all is an issue. But we didn't come here to watch TV the beach was fabulous

The only issues we had were there is a drain pipe to the left of Tidewater. This pipe is used as parking lot/street run off...thank goodness it didn't rain the whole week we were there but it still let's out some stuff. The elevators are slow, there are 7 for 31 floors. However this allows you time to socialize and meet a lot of interesting people...nice folks!! (Some are real interesting, lol). When we arrived the cleaning crew were still cleaning...it wasn't the cleanest but they were trying...I felt sorry for them....wanted to buy them a beer. We clean anyways, my husband is a clean freak.

We loved our vacation. Overall we loved it and would go again. I wish there was a way to fix the pipe issue then it would be wonderful!!

I loved the location. the room was very nice and looked just like the pictures. staff were very helpful.

the elevator wait time was TERRIBLE at check in. my husband and I had to shower in the kids bathroom because the thing that you pull up for the shower was broken.

Everything was good. And nice.

The elevator they were all Crowded. Sunday that is when I left and I got stuck in the elevator. They came and opened it but he said there is a sign on the site but but the sign needs to be bigger because if you were pushing a cart you wouldn't see it.

I did not like that they did not have a frying pan they should have a extra large one and large pan for cooking burgers 😋 and pancakes and things. But other then that I loved everything about it .

I did not like that someone did not check the washer or dryer for there were clothes in there. I did not like that my TV in the bedroom was not fixed. It was also hard to figure out how to use the TV in the living room.

I liked that tidewater was nice and clean.

I stepped on a tac strip coming out of the bathroom In the bedroom, that being said I am not sure how feasible carpet is at the ocean 🤔 the carpet looked gross and the unit could use a coat of paint . Handle of master bedroom was falling off.

I like how when I had called and told the desk about the smell they sent some one right away to fix it...and it was lovely and quiet when they found my folder with my important papers in it they called me and I got it back I love my stay

The room had smells really bad because the garbage disposal had fish particles in it from the last guest that was in it....

The beach chairs were literally on top of each other. You couldn’t even walk between your neighbor’s chairs.
