Wasn’t informed about the $25/day resort fee. Hotel was ok for the price but could’ve stayed somewhere a lot nicer for what we paid for 4 days

Room service. There was no room service for 2 days.

the view was AMAZING off the balcony, staff was nice, pool was heated even in the 60 degree weather lol. we had PLENTY of towels and wash rags to last our weekend. we had pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware. definitely one of the best places of plenty that we’ve stayed at in panama city.

not anything terrible or something they can help, but the parking lot is definitely a huge con. if you’re even able to get a spot, and you leave to go somewhere and someone takes your spot, you will have to park across the street and walk your way to the condo.

Originally we booked across the street because we figured it wasn’t a big deal to just cross to enjoy the beach and the pool; which it truly wasn’t. The rooms across the street are old, it reminded me of a 1960s motel. I called the front desk and asked to be moved to the main building and the young lady at the was so kind and did all she could to move us. The room in the main building is way nicer and more updated. If you are looking for value, this place is for you. Just don’t stay across the street. The pool was excellent, Clean and inviting. The access to the beach is convenient and easy.

Oceanfront view with 4 seat table inside was nice. We sat as a family and ate dinner after a long trip. Very comfortable beds.Cold water dispenser provided down in the Lobby area was a plus. It made my day upon check out. Staff was very friendly & happy to talk with. They were cool especially after arriving from a long trip dealing with tornado warnings that delayed our departure. Plenty of stores & food nearby the hotel. It was very convenient.

The dark carpet was a little questionable. The parking as you have to cross a sometimes busy street. Maybe a walk over would be nice but I believe it had caution yellow light poles for crossing.Also, bottle water was not provided in the refrigerator in the hotel room. In a nice hotel they always provide that as I expected it in this nice hotel.

Location was right by the beach. Room was beach view they also had a hotel across the street. Room was clean. Hotel was quiet.

Parking is Very limited if you stay in the beachfront side there are only a few Parking spots. We had to unload our luggage (we were allowed to park in the front) come back down and park the  car across the street. Pillows where flat. You have to pay for umbrellas and chairs. Room service never came to the room however we saw them everyday we came in and out sitting and/or walking in front of the hotel.

How close it was to the beach, we even stayed at the building across the street, but the walk was only like 30 seconds. The stairs do tire you out, especially after being all day at the beach. I will definitely come here again.

I didn't like the stairs, but that's not major. Another thing I didn't like was the bathroom. The curtain was ripped, and the spout was shooting water at high pressure even after the shower was on! Changing that is easy but not bothersome to me. To my wife, though, she did not like.

The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very polite and friendly. First and foremost Remy who works in front desk was wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was pleasant, very friendly. She baked cookies for guests and it’s was amazing. When we checked out Remy gave us few fresh baked cookies so we can take home. Definitely we’ll coming back next time.

Location was great. Loved it all. The room, the amenities, pool area, the staff. It was wonderful to have the balcony looking out at the ocean. Staff were very pleasant. The cost was reasonable. Hope to come back to the area again. Hopefully road construction will be better. I will stay here again. We came from out of state. My brother spent time with us. The property was very accommodating to let him park there with his disability. Highly recommend the Palmetto.

We loved the view of the beach and ocean. .. The hot tub was amazing..

We didn't get to use our Balcony at all due to the people beside us smoking weed the whole entire time.. Even though they're signs inside of the room stating it's not allowed there, but it went on the hotel we was there.The pictures we did get take off the balcony was the morning before they checked in.
