We have been staying here each year since they opened in 2021. We can definitely see improvements that they've made to the facility. We enjoy the kitchenette and being able to cook some of our meals in the room to save money. We also enjoy the the on-site laundry and pool. The full size complimentary toiletries in the shower are nice as well.

The garbage disposal was not working when we arrived in the room. This made the draining of the sink very slow. Also would be nice to have an oven or toaster oven.

Location was great! The hotel/room/grounds were clean and well maintained. Spacious rooms with and kitchenette was a nice bonus. Great fitness *bring your own towel, & laundry room. The staff were curteous and professional.

Limited parking. There was no breakfast served other than vending machines, or you could purchase snacks from a small store in the lobby. When booking and paying through booking.com, it stated that breakfast was included in the advertised price I paid. Limited cable, no smart tv apps, and difficult to access any wifi or premium channels.

Great customer services. spacious room. comfortable. Loved being able to do a load of laundry at no charge. Even a laundry basket was provided. We were granted a late checkout to sign and have documents witnessed. The laundry supervisor did the witnessing

we could hear tenants above us as well as people walking by the room. Not on the beach

I didn't like the staff didn't know to much. I had to wait. Like every one at the front desk was new. They were nice though. Parking was horrible. My entire stay it was hard to find parking because the parking lot was full. A lot of working trucks. Which I feel should park on the other side away from the hotel. When guest bringing in luggage and etc we have to park far away from the door. Also the pool was to cold to enjoy. Like the temperature needed some adjustments.

It was so relaxing, it was nice to be able to fix breakfast and we even cooked a couple dinners in the little kitchen..We were close by to the shopping and Pier. Swimming pool was very and clean..We have no complaints..excellent stay

This is a nice comfortable hotel - we arrived a day early for our original location (beachfront) but could not get into that hotel for that one night. So we chose this hotel because it was nearby and the rate was reasonable (this is not a beachfront location.)

Clean, quiet, within a good distance of the places we visited, having utensils for cooking, large closet space

Keys stopped working on our first day out Towels weren’t fully stocked for number of guests in room Frying pan was not cleaned

Comfy bed and nice employees. Dove soap, shampoo and conditioner in shower. Refill type bottles which was very nice.

No free breakfast. Elevator made weird clicking noise kind of scary. Lots of construction so traffic tricky to get into hotel.

it’s in the perfect location for commuting when I come into town the room is spacious and has a large desk area. Even though I didn’t have a pet, it’s nice to know they cater to them.

they don’t have breakfast but there are plenty of choices for me around this area

Newer building. Everything still looks great. Room was clean and comfortable. Ac worked great.

Needs a pavilion out front for loading and unloading. Was raining when we were checking out. Good thing is checkout wasn’t until 11.
