The location was really nice. Right next to Pier Park, steps away from the beach, customer service was very good. They do allow dogs there, so if you are not a dog person, then you may want to rethink. I'm not a dog person, but it was still cool. It wasn't overbearing with dogs. The breakfast is really good and nice....not your typical hotel breakfast. Lots of options.

Mandatory $22per day valet parking. They have to get your car every time you need it or need to get something out of it. If I needed to get something out of the car, I would have to get my keys from them and then go to the car, then return the keys. But, it was also nice to pull up after being full from dinner, and they parked the car for you. So, this isn't so bad at all, just the more days you stay, the more you pay to park there. Maybe it should be a 1 time fee instead of daily.

I like that it was clean and the breakfast was amazing. The drinks was lovely as well. The staff was extra nice. We will be back

I didn’t care to much for the dogs on the property while on vacation but they didn’t bother me so I was okay.

We didn't like all the dogs on property. I fear your pet policy for this particular hotel will cause this hotel to deteriorate quickly.

Convenient to all the restaurants and attractions especially the beach

Everything! The staff the reception the facilities the room view was the perfect location. We enjoyed the hospitality and the amentities offered. The room was very comfortable. We are already looking forward to a return visit with family members.

There was nothing to complain about this facility. Embassy is our favotite place to stay

I love the location and the newness of the hotel! Breakfast was very good too, not your typical hotel breakfast, you can get a custom omelette and fruit variety is nice too. I didn’t think I was going to like valet parking but it was a nice little bonus not having to look for a parking spot. The guys were very nice and fast, the whole process ran very smoothly, you just text them when you need your car. I also liked having 3 elevators and not having to wait on them forever. The beds and pillows were comfortable too.

I didn’t like the fact that I asked on check-in for my room to be cleaned half way through my stay, mainly for trash to be taken out and fresh towels. However that was never done. So trash was overflowing because trashcans are very small.

You won't find a better location! The hotel is brand new right next to the Pier Park. Walk to shops, restaurants, the pier and beach access right across the street. The complimentary breakfast and complimentary drinks during reception evenings are huge icing on the cake.

First evening the AC was acting up - not good for a brand new hotel and 95° outside temperature . The service personnel (Carlos and Omani) were very helpful and after 3 attempts finally fixed the issue at 11pm. But not before receiving very poor customer service and no urgency from supervisor Marybeth. Seems like she definitely needs additional training.

The breakfast line was always too long, mainly because of the Omelett stand. People bunch up over there and the line extends to far outside the restaurant because of it. Also not that tasty, the food was usually cold. We looked for options elsewhere after the first two days. Also the gates to the beach close way too soon. It was very annoying to have to go through the main lobby entrance every time you came back from the beach. When all you wanted to do was to shower and jump right in the pool before heading up. Took all the excitement out of it.
