great location, convenient, nice staff, beautiful condo

the furniture seemed worn out and it felt like you were about to sit on the floor, the couch and chair were extremely soft. the bed was the same way

The location of the condo was great. The comfortable rockers on the balcony is where I spent most of my time, listening to the ocean and watching the waves. It was also close to Pier Park, so we could walk to whatever we wanted.

The TV's were an issue. The bedroom one wasn't connected to anything, and once connected, remote wouldn't work. The Living room one was too small to view well across the room. Locating networks/specific channels was a challenge. There were no pot holders in the kitchen, so had to use face cloths to hold hot items. The bed was too big for the size room it was in, and the bedroom door was awkward-having to move it to get into the bathroom.-That is a construction error.

location was great. walking distance to Pier Park and right in the beach

the unit was a little dirty. also. there was a broken glass tabletop and broken lamp stashed away in the pantry closet. at the cost per night (after adding up all the fees and taxes) the unit should have been cleaner and not have broken glass stashed in the pantry.

Comfortable, beautifully decorated, could wash my laundry and towels to reuse. Very spacious. I liked not having to worry about a key card and having a code for door instead. Walking distance to the pier park which has a lot of shops.

The fridge was not working properly. Would not cool not cool enough for either fridge or freezer and dishwasher did not work. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom are provided and one roll of paper towels and 2 garbage bags. If you stay more then 2 days you will have to buy your own of these items

Walk way to the rooms. Plenty of carts to get bags to the room.

My Unit said it came with a parking spot. I had to pay $20.00 to park in the lot.. On the early morning departure, the bar code would not let us out of the Lot, ( Said Expired), I was stuck on the phone until someone came to help us. Defintily need more Handi-capped parking for us Seniors.

We enjoyed our stay! The location is very good. The building design is not attractive though. Too many rules for a tourist.

There is no lobby that you can hangout with or place to standby. The sofa bed is not good, there is a dent or shallow in the middle. The elevator don’t have any chairs or decorations when you go up to the rooms.

Great view of the beach. The condo was clean and very nice. We really enjoyed staying here. The pool area was also very nice.

These are very minor comments, we could have used a couple dryer sheets. We were provided with laundry soap, the dryer sheets would have been nice too. And also minor, the paper towels and toilet paper could be a little better quality.

Incredible view and enjoyed feeling like I was “at home” while I was on vacation.

There was an issue with ants in one area of the condo but it was quickly addressed by the management company. Very impressed.

It is walking distance of pier park and it is always a nice place to stay

I wish they had a hot tub and a restaurant on site

We LOVED the room with all it's amenities!

The problem here is property management. The two pools lounging area was dirty and not cleaned or even sprayed off from all the sand the entire time we stayed there. Also, they need to widen the stairs down to the beach or put in another one.
