We had a 2 queen bed overlooking the ocean, which we loved. The breakfast and staff were great. We loved the location and how close the beach was from the hotel.

I was not aware of the $15 per day parking, but liked that it was secure.

Our proximity to the beach was excellent! We literally stepped out of the hotel onto the sand. This convenience was tremendously valuable to our family.

Breakfast options were slim on some mornings. There are not as many healthy options for vegetarians or dairy-free guests. There were lots of sweet treats (muffins, cakes, etc), but a wider variety of fruits would have been a great addition. A milk alternative would also be helpful.

What I liked the property is that it is within steps of the beach . They also provide hot breakfast. Restaurants and stores are close by .

The last night of our stay , the fire alarm went off at 12AM and had to evacuate . After being outside for 30 minutes, we were allowed back inside and the alarm went off again . It decided to go off again three more times at 7AM. The front desk representative notified us that we would be notified the next day of why it went off and we were never notified.

Breakfast was very well set up. Food was hot and ready just like they said it would be. Room was very nice, big and spaces. The beach was amazing white sand very clean. Can't wait to come back.

I had a fall just across the street from front door of hotel. I parked in the handicap parking space that are on the ground floor because I have a bad knee and back. Ground was slick and muddy between concrete and road. MY husband told them at front desk about my fall and where it happened at. They did call someone to put down some sand so no one else would get hurt. But they never asked me if I was ok or if I needed anything to clean myself up. Walking thought the lobby with mud and dirt all over me was embarrassing. I just wanted to get cleaned up nothing else.

Excellent, the food was delicious, the variety of food, the fruit juice, only thing I didn't see any Mimosa.

The only thing I prefer if they had bigger beach towels I'm the towels were like hand towels so if they could operate the beach towels another thing I didn't like was that you have to pay for your umbrellas and your beach chairs that was contracted out I think the hotel should have their own

right on the beach- beautiful views, sturdy boardwalk to the beach. showers to rinse sand off before coming inside comfortable clean beds/rooms- AC worked great! breakfast has a lot of options- all day coffee area! clean pool- deck with several places to sit with or without tables. There was a larger crowd of people now in June than in April, but there is so much seating spread out in the hotel both inside and outside that it doesn’t get overwhelmingly crowded.

The shower pressure was phenomenal! The staff, from check-in to check-out was very friendly and as accommodating as they could be given it was the 4th of July weekend. The access to the beach was super, and it was great being able to get to the parking lot via the "walkover".

I wish I had been notified of the hotel being part of Hilton Rewards, as we missed out on getting a late checkout (but we may not have anyway, as the hotel was jammed - again, 4th of July). One thing that does stick in my craw is the price gouging for the holiday. Today I received an offer (via Facebook) for a room there priced at $139. I paid 500 bucks for the room last weekend (one night!). I understand profit, but 3 1/2 times normal. That's excessive (again, gouging). Guess I'll just have to remember not to stay at the chain during "special events"!

We decided as soon as we got there to stay an extra night because we loved it and got a good deal. Went to talk to front desk about keeping the same room and was told everything was taken care of. The next day, tried to get back in room and our keys didn’t work. The cleaning lady on that floor yelled down the hall at us telling us we couldn’t go in there. We tried to explain, and she kept saying, “No! No! No! It’s done.” So I had to go back down and have the key fixed. They asked for my credit card to pay for parking (even though I had the day before), but all of my stuff was locked in our room! It was confusing, inconvenient, and slightly embarrassing.

Super clean hotel right on the beach- we had a 2 queen non-smoking room with a balcony overlooking the gulf. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and towels nice and thick! Shower had a nice full flow and there was enough room for myself and my daughter, plus space to park our beach wagon. The views are amazing as is the heated pool and hot tub. The complimentary hot breakfast had many options from breakfast meats, to eggs, potatoes, make your own waffles, plus a variety of yogurt, cereal, hot oatmeal and juices & milk. They also had a separate area for the coffee bar with different coffees (decaf- regular- hot water) plus creamers and sugar and sugar substitute packets. The breakfast area and ample seating areas were always clean and a few times they offered to take our empty plates for us. The parking area was partially covered, we utilized the uncovered areas to be closer to the walkway. The speed bumps are quite large and you have to basically stop to pass them- and yes you pay $15 a day to park plus county taxes, but that is what it is-if you don’t want to pay, stay somewhere else. The parking area is pretty secure as you need a room key to enter the parking and also to enter the walkway to cross over to the hotel. Hotel is very beachy with the teal blue color and the walkway pictures and plants make it a comforting relaxing entrance to the beach. The interior of the hotel is done in the beach-blue and it’s decorated well without being too much. We did not utilize the weight room/exercise room which was on the floor of the walkway, nor did we use the room service. We got 2 drinks at the bar- a strawberry daiquiri and a pina colada, those were good but we didn’t get any food.

The main thing we didn’t like was being able to smell marijuana being smoked off the balcony the first few nights, plus one day another patron was smoking on the pool deck. It wasn’t until later that day I saw a sign on the door that said no smoking on the pool deck. Our bathtub drained slowly, probably due to all the sand, so I let them know when we checked out. It’s the beach, not everything is going to work perfectly with all that sand! After we checked in we had a hard time finding how to get to the parking area, it’s a small sign by the street next to Gulf World- not a big issue but it was hard to see.
