After seeing some of the reviews I was a little nervous, but once we got to the room I realized I had nothing to worry about. The room was clean and well stocked. It smelled cleaned, the bed was very comfortable. We had all the agreed accommodations. And housekeeping came daily and cleaned the room. For the price this place exceeded all expectations

The room had great ocean views from the room an the private balcony’s were awesome an the chairs were comfortable an you can sit on the balcony an watch the ocean an hear the waves crashing in an the hotel is right on the beach an you can walk down the beach to everything an the rooms are very affordable an the bed was comfortable an the room was clean

Parking is very limited an is shared with local restaurants so once you get parked you don’t want to move or you will lose your parking place so be prepared to walk to everything for your stay here

I like the location. Right on the beach. Hotel has balconies so that’s a plus for me. It’s walkable to places to eat.

Parking. They give you a tag to put in your car but it shouldn’t matter because it share with sharks,s next door. So the customers take up most of the parking at the hotel and across the street. We had to drive around the parking lot for 20 mins waiting on someone to leave just so we could park.

After reading the reviews my boyfriend and I were worried about staying here but it ended up being awesome! The balcony overlooking the ocean allowed for us to watch the sunset every night and just relax in peace. The location is awesome! Only about a mile from pier park and several walking distance restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

My only complaint would be the beds. Little hard, nothing terrible, definitely bearable. Parking was iffy because the resort shares parking with a popular restaurant but the overflow parking always had available spots and it’s just right across the street. Definitely worth the stay!

It was right on the beach which is nice! Loved the location because you could walk to one of my favorite places! & it has a 81/2 foot pool!

Room could have definitely been cleaned alittle more!

Me and my husband had technical difficulties with the TV and also the water wouldn't get hot so we can take a hot bath and the tub was on very shaky but other than that I don't have a problem with the stay there it's affordable

The only thing that was wrong was I checked in on the 4th and ended up staying another day and night and we didn't have any Hot water and it took ALL day to get a shower. I kept wanting on maintenance to come check it out finally after 10 pm on my 2 nd day I was able to shower in another room. Which I had no problem with, I didn't want to switch rooms anyways, it just took way to long to get a shower after paying $160 for the room.... Other then that I wished I found this place sooner.

CLEANLINESS!!! I was a little scared to stay here due to reviews about it being dirty. Our room was very clean. I always pull the sheets off to check the mattresses, and they were very clean as well. The office staff and cleaning was staff was very nice and helpful. Best room that you can possibly get at this price hands down.

Could have used more towels. Would have been nice to be able to pay the deposit with cash. But for the price and with everything else being so great, this really wasn't worth complaining about.

I loved staying on the beach, having a full kitchen & also love Debbie at the front desk... she made us feel right at home & comforted me over the loss of my Mom🦋(7/25/23😭)! Can't say enough great things about this hotel, this was our 1st time in PCB but we will definitely be back and stay at The Reef💜👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💙

Loved the location!! The staff were great each , and everyone. Coffee all day amazing towels and trash bags all that whenever we needed it. The view and privacy you feel on the balcony is amazing just a great place. The room could use a face lift as far a decor and such but they were clean just old.
