Beautiful hotel, excellent location. Would stay here again for sure. Great value.

We received a knock on the door from room service. We told them that we were fine for the day. The lady then rudely and angrily explained that we needed to put the cling on the door. I am sorry, but we are paying customers enjoying a vacation, a door cling isn’t the first thing on my mind. We aren’t there to be lectured about it. Simply respond with “ok, have a great day” and move on. Not the way to treat a customer. On days when we used the room service, they didn’t clean up very well. Seemed like the bare minimum was done to upkeep the room.

Loved the location, loved the ocean view from the balcony, loved the comfy bed, loved the kitchen facilities, loved the shower and loved the HD TV in both living and bedroom! It was a very nice, relaxing stay.

The only thing we didn't love is the man smoking the cigars in the next room over. The smell was horrid! We didn't want to complain to staff while we were there because he heard us complain while on the balcony so he would know who made the complaint.

Right at the beach and close to e everything! Honestly, I didn't have to drive. If I didn't want, we walked a good deal annnnnd a great restaurant right next door food was amazing. Plus you get a discount.

location was great as always, easy access to the beach we arrived on Saturday and had to get the mattresses changed out on Sunday, they were worn out, when you sat on the side of the bed the metal springs hit you in the butt, the staff was great and changed them out on Sunday while we were at the beach, rooms were clean

the safes in the room need to be attached to the closet, they are just sitting loose on the shelf in the closet the pool was dirty and the water was cloudy, the pool has never been dirty since 2019 when we started staying there

The view alone was worth it. Front desk Staff was friendly , room was clean and smelled nice , beds were are full size not queen which is smaller than what we are used too but they were comfy so we didnt mind. Restaurant next door was great , and there is plenty to do within walking distance. We will definitely be back.

Parking was annoying , we got lucky and got a spot out front upon arrival but had to park across the street once we left the hotel , it's a short distance so not horrible just a little inconvenient. Housekeeping and maintenance staff could use some customer service training only one out of several spoke and the others responded with a blank stare when I would say hello, one gentleman brought his Cart on the elevator forcing us to back into the corner of the elevator and looked at me like I had lost my mind when I said good morning. I understand not all people are nice and they have a hard job but when a guest speaks the least they can do is respond.

It was clean and had an island aesthetic.

I did like the low light at the bottom level entrance to pool and beach. It felt creepy and unsafe because the lighting was very dark and yellowish. I had issues with the elevator code(my fault) to which the elevator kept taking me to the bottom level. When the doors opened, I became immediately anxious because the lighting was cold and it felt isolated dark and quiet. It gave me scary movie vibes😱. That space need to be brightened up and inviting. Also, the parking was horrible. You should have enough space exclusively for your guests to park rather have them park at other properties.

As far as the area Radisson was located, it was fine. Very convenient to everything we needed and having a light right there made entering and exiting a lot better. Underground parking area was the best. Easier in/out and perfect with elevators right there.

The worse problem we had was the street noise. Sometimes you felt like those cars were coming right into the room with you. Very loud! As this was a holiday time period, we understood and things did quiet down some in a day or two.

The unit we stayed was the corner oceanfront room which was absolutely the big plus. We had more ocean view, more fresh beach air/breeze throughout the night, and fabulous view for watching fireworks! The room was spacious and had all the things we need (2 big flat screen TV, full kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator, etc.). The hotel is very close to many attractions. Ocean is just a couples of steps away. Highly recommended for a stay here!

Had a hard time finding parking space but probably because it was the holiday weekend. It would have been an excellent stay if the floor could have been cleaned/moped or at least provided broom/mop in the room to help sweep off sand.

the front desk clerk was very rude and unprofessional I was double charged for the “holding fee” but the hotel is giving me the running around about my refund and I was told the managers “they are busy”
