All rooms are ocean view - watch out for other hotels with discount rates. You might be looking at the highway! Right next to Sharky's so no need to drive to get to the party! The ocean is just about 50 yards to the water so a very short walk to get enjoying the beach. There is a jet ski rental business on the lot next to the hotel, so you can rent one of those, or take a trip out on a tube behind the ski, or even go parasailing - they offer all 3.

The shower controls were hard to turn, and the door didn't shut very well, but hey for the value this place is the bomb! If you want 5-star luxury stay next door at the Raddison, pay 3X the price and be happy.

I didn't like how the website said that they are pet friendly hotel didn't mention anything about a deposit and then when I called the property they told me that it would be $100 deposit non-refundable so I was not able to bring my fur baby along with me because not only would I have to pay the $100 deposit and not get it back for my 3 lb Yorkie who is my emotional support but he would not be allowed on the beaches

We had bottom room with patio Loved the easy access to the beach not a long walk. We also dined in at sharky's had a wonderful time. We also had a change to dine at froggy's and that was also an experience to be had.

We got confused about which Seahaven hotel but we quickly realized which one it was. We booked Seahaven Beach Hotel and when entering the address Seahaven so it took us to the other Hotel. Once all that was sorted out we enjoyed the rest of our stay

Room was ready and unlocked for us. Clean, excellent view of the beach. Pet friendly. We stayed from July 3rd through July 13. On the 6th ac quiet working. Told them and they moved us to a nother room wright away. Even gave us a free day for our inconvenience. New Managers, was very nice. Extra parking wright across the street and big area for walking our dogs. It's a little older place , would compare to the sand pipper becan. The new Managers are working on getting rooms up to date. Will stay here again. Brought my family. And can smoke off balcony. Loved the place

The location was perfect. Right on the beach and close to stores and restaurants.

The hotel was a little rundown rotten wood on the steps leading to the beach. There were steps every where not very wheelchair or beach cart friendly.the bathroom doesn’t look like it has been updated since the hotel was built. A microwave would have been nice too

Loved the price for the room right on the beach!! Excellent room and a ton of space!! Very clean, even though it was a tad outdated. Great stay!

Limited parking right in front of building, but plenty carryover across the street. As expected because most hotels have that. Not a dealbreaker at all.

The view, bed was comfortable. Walking distance to all I needed

Mold on bathroom. Caulking needs to be removed, areas need to be cleaned and disinfected and recaulked. . Commode was not secure. When I leaned it leaned. Has a leak at the base from not being attached.

Location right on the beach, had a nice pool also.

Their was a beeping noise right outside our door for the whole stay which was annoying but we turned the tvs up to drown the sound, also coulda of had more towels their was 3 of us and they only left 2 towels in the room and it also said no smoking but everyone was smoking an flicking their butts down.

The workers was very sweet and friendly I love it that's its on the beach the view is beautiful and it's a nice and friendly place to stay when we come down there my kids and I love it all we had to do is park and and walk the strip. we will be back next year for spring break
