Location was perfect. Staff were helpful and cheerful. Room was cozy and inviting. Parking was easy with a trailer. Easy check in and out. Staff were readily available to help with any issues. Hotel was really nice.

Nothing that prevented us from having a great night stay. The only issues we ram into were minor. Pillows were hard but we had our own so it was okay. The ac was off when we got there in the room. So it was extremely hot. We turned the ac on and had a hard time sleeping until around 1:40am when it finally cooled down. Then in the morning around 7am when we left the room the hallway was humid and hot like the ac at the end of the hall was off. On staying again, I would request ac be turned on prior to arrival and I am sure it would be, the staff were great. Breakfast consisted of watery eggs, link sausage, soggy potatoes, and waffles. And muffins/bagels. Not what we hoped but was expected and decent. The elevator sounded like it needs a tune up but did it’s job and no issues.

Room was clean, affordable, right off I-95, close to Super Target and several eateries. Staff is very pleasant, accommodating, polite and accessible. Pool is wonderfully warm (hot tub needs a scrub). Breakfast is amazing: Scrambled eggs daily, bacon or sausage links, make-your-own waffles, breakfast potatoes, cereal, yogurts, toast/muffins/bagels - everything a continental breakfast SHOULD have! Lots of coffees and flavored creamers, plus juices. Nice clientele, too. I also thought it was nice that the hotel was now "home" for hurricane displaced families and they were being treated as we were.

The first 2 days & nights there was no hot water...very unwelcoming for folks who traveled all day. We called down the 1st night & were told they were working on it. The second morning we were told they were replacing the boilers. By Christmas Eve we were able to have a HOT shower. Also, having to ask for room cups and extra towels was annoying (we never did get extra cups), but that's a small inconvenience compared to NOT having HOT WATER.

Love that as soon as you walk in, you can smell the cleanliness of the hotel, and the location was good.

Beds were not comfortable at all. For the price, it should have better beds. The bathroom looked like a rush job. It was still dirty, and as soon as I opened the shower curtain, I saw a bug(roach) in the shower. Luckily Target was right there. I was able to get cleaning stuff. I don't fault housekeeping because the front desk made a statement twice to another housekeeper that they need to hurry up and get the rooms done ASAP.

Upon entering the lobby, exiting the elevator and entering our room - it smelled incredibly clean! Not a perfumed smell trying to cover up odor, but a true clean smell! It was wonderful! This is a pet friendly hotel. No limit on the pet size, which we often find to be a problem. Two dogs allowed. We have a well behaved 75 lb German Shepherd that often cannot travel with us as a lot of places will not allow large dogs or dogs of her breed. It was great the our dogs were welcome and that the hotel had NO dog odors!! The beds were super comfortable!! The bathroom was a nice size and also very clean. The AC worked great. The fridge kept items nicely chilled and the tiny freezer even kept my ice pack frozen. Towels were thick and also smelled very clean. Breakfast was what you would expect for a hotel quick prepared breakfast. The first morning there was scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. Those items were just so-so, but hot. Waffle making area, which was always good. Instant oatmeal, grits, butter, jams, toast, bagels, muffins, yogurt, etc. Juice, milk, coffee, tea. The 2nd morning they had scrambled eggs, homefries and bacon. As well as the other items previoisly mentioned. Coffee and hot water for tea is always available. The pool is indoors and was a bit too cool (June) and the hot tub was too cool to enjoy. But, we stayed at this hotel for a beach getaway and not for the pool. The hotel is approximately 30 min from Ponce Inlet. We will definitely be back!!!

The temperature of the pool and hot tub were too cool. The hot tub wasn't warm at all.

It was conveniently located to the speedway which was the reason for our visit. The facilities were clean and the breakfast was exceptional. The shower head made a big impression.

I would say the only downside is the pillows, but that's also a personal preference. I sleep with a lot so only 3 per bed was not enough for me but I know now to bring my own.

Check in was effortless, room was clean…breakfast was a plus.coffee maker, microwave and frig in the room were a plus

..Room had a musty odor upon entering, Breakfast was so-so. Salt and pepper was dispensed in individual paper packets. They were all in a bowl, and apparently had gotten wet. Product inside was clumped and unusable, so no seasonings for your food. Location..ie close to interstate, was noisy. Traffic noise was almost drowned out when the air conditioning was running

We’re in the process of moving from Port Orange and the staff was super kind and accommodating especially with our small pup. The pet fee was reasonable compared to other places! It’s walking distance to food and shopping for people visiting from out of town. If you have kids there’s an indoor pool plus the beach is close by. A++

Room felt a little damp at first but it’s Florida (it’s humid) and we were near the pool area. Once the AC was on for the day it was fine and comfortable.

This was a pleasure to stay at: conveniently located close to business and family, clean room, linens and bath. More insulated from noise than the past 5 other places we stayed. Breakfast was hot and ready and eaten in clean area: scrambled eggs, bacon, mini yogurts, juice, milk, bagels, waffle station, etc. Walk to Paneras. We went to nearby Chipotle. Shower was hot, great water pressure, and beds were nice.

I loved that the service staff were very friendly and very accomidating to our needs. The free morning breakfast is definitely a bonus. And the rooms were very clean and very comfortable.

Not much that I can't say that I didn't like about my stay. Except that there wasn't enough parking space to go around and find good spaces.

I traveled with my family (husband, me, 4year old, 12 year old boys). I enjoyed the stay, the room was not spacious for children, but we acclimated well. The bathroom was clean. The night sleep was quiet. The lobby area was nice. attentive house keeper, really nice.

The hot tub was out of order, the outside of the rooms in the elevator area looks like renovations taking place. This made me worried about the rooms, on the contrary. The parking lot gets really full, its small. it was hard to find late nice parking.
