we sought help the staff was there..We i When we arrives around 9 PM after a long hard drive through some rough thunderstorms from the west coast of Florida the very alert man at the desk welcomed us as royalty, not just an old couple seeking refuge for one night. We were in town for doctor appointments the next day and stressed with uncertainty as to our future. He addressed some problems as my wife, dog and myself needed some comfort and understanding far beyond a simple guest. Everytime

I saw so much improvements in the hotel that any problem was being addressed and changes were evident as we have stayed here several times over the last few years and some things had aged and were in need of repair.

I liked the hotel front desk staff. The girls there did a wonderful job. They were welcoming and very helpful. And the hotel was so clean. It smelt good and that means the world to me. The house keeping staff does a wonderful job. I was very happy with my stay. I will definitely stay again. It was beautiful outside. The pool area ..ect

Desk staff upon check-in and checkout were superb, absolutely positive personalities!! The shower spray was perfection.

Did not have a hair dryer in our room that I could find and I didnt feel like calling for one. Breakfast ended a little earlier than we thought so we missed it. Also, the noise from street traffic was pretty loud. Our room was on the 4th floor at the very end and was facing the street so that made for a lots of noise, especially motorcycles!!

Location was fantastic. Zack was super helpful and supportive, as well as offered assistance to help me unload my vehicle, and the pool is stunning and comfortable.

The rooms were not as clean as I thought they would be, and I had to move rooms because there were ants in my bed in the first room. Although it is a pet hotel, it should really work to not smell like pets are there. The rooms had that animal odor and really should be cleaned better. Rugs should be vacuumed and shampooed as both rooms smelled like dog pee. I had to burn incense and candles to cover the smell. The windows also need to be able to open as it is so stuffy that the a/c needed to be on super cold so as to not be humid, more smelly, and uncomfortable. Karin and the older man that she worked with at the desk were rude and a bit disrespectful when I needed my keys re-activated, and he basically mocked me for asking to have them re-activated as though I did something wrong.

The breakfast was good. The staff was exceptionally great,they smiled all the time and were very pleasant. The room was clean and housekeeping was great!

Was a little expensive for a staycation.There was dog feces in the dog area people didn't pick up after their dogs.I can't blame the hotel cause you can't really watch guests all the time.

The location was difficult to find when using imaps on my phone.

The building just needs newer updates and improvements. The hotel didn’t look like the one photos online. We were disappointed for the amount of money we paid for a one night stay.

Memorable for me was helpful staff at a reception and a delicious veggie breakfast prepared by Phil ( I think that was his name) in the kitchen and served by delightful Pam in front.

Stayed for one night and couldn't fault anything.

the pool was wonderful!! only minus was hot tub didn’t have the jets. an the lock into pool wasn’t working so that was a real pain.

I was to busy to give breakfast a try. It is a fully operational dining area, wish I had given it a try. The food smelled great on my way out the door to work.

I cant say I didn't like anything. The property is currently under renovations so a few amenities were unavailable. The friendly and helpful staff made up for the few missing amenities I didnt even notice.

When I checked in I didn’t like my room but Solage and another member of staff at the front desk resolved this issue promptly. They ensured that I got VIP treatment for the duration of my stay.

They are renovating and it was evident. Nothing could be done about that
