It’s beautiful with ocean views, great water pressure in showers and spacious for a family of 5. Everything you need in a home is there for your convenience!

A pesky inventory sheet that would make sense for a long stay but for a short stay it seemed unnecessary. Counting forks and hangers instead of relaxing from a long drive was frustrating but the scenery quickly made up for it ;-) The office said no rush on it but honestly you can’t help but feel you need to do it right away or possibly be held accountable for something. I think the hotel staff should check it beforehand but perhaps too many items have gone missing in the past and they have no choice but to handle it this way.

Loved the beach and the great service from the staff!! Fast friendly service what ever we needed they did their best to help us out!! we needed a late check out and they provided us with a room called the turtles nest which was equipped with kitchen, TV, chairs and showers!! Amazing  beach service was provided by Marty wonderful chairs umbrellas! Marty was on his game every day!! Great stay in room 202!! We will be back !

The location was exactly what we wanted. The pool was great. Access to beach was great.

Someone was smoking weed and cigerattes below us which prevent us from sitting on the baloney. We reported it three times to management. They said since they could not see who was doing it they couldn't do anything about it. I think since it is stated everywhere that it is a smoke free environment they should be able to do something.

I like Turtle Reef a lot for its beach proximity, view, size of facility as well as generous size of rooms. The kitchen is well outfitted to accomplish most tasks. Beds are comfy and the towels are good quality. Air conditioning works well, and the water pressure is very good. Bathrooms and kitchen are clean! There aren't extra charges for anything other than chair rentals. Some restaurants are nearby enough to walk to, plus the convenience store/gas station is also close by. There are miles of beach to walk without interruption. If you are careful and respectful, it is possible to see the sea turtles coming ashore to lay their eggs! It's a special event! All I ask is that you save some room for me when I would like to come back!

Repeat customer and note: TR should further police their night light situation to guard against sea turtles disruption. Many customers continue to leave their curtains open at night. The meeting room on the first floor parallel to main road was ablaze with white light at least one night. Good thing is the red lights illuminating most of the floors of condos. Some social events were cancelled, but that wasn't a major issue.

Television was difficult to navigate

Location was great. Staff super friendly. Amenities good. Unit was a good size. Bed very comfortable. The rest of our family stayed next door at Vistana so we had the luxury of both properties.

The living room furniture (from N Carolina) is odd. Belongs in a log cabin and not a beach condo. Patio furniture could use some updating too. Kitchen lacked simple items like a potato peeler but if I called the office I’m sure they would have provided one. Here’s the bad one though….when leaving I went to pull the sheets off the bed to help the maid staff and the very cheap mattress protector came off with them a revealed a very stained mattress. Up until seeing that the bed was comfy but it left a bad taste seeing the ugliness of it.

Love the location at the beach! The apartment was well equipped and bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious. Towels were luxurious. I don't know what people are complaining about, the space seemed quite clean. A new cleaning crew is working, I was told. The price is right and pool looks really nice. Bring your own bottled water if you don't like choriney drinking water. You will need your own coffee filters. There is some starter coffee. Lots of cooking gear in excellent condition. plenty of generous sized beach towels were there for our use. I don't want to say too much or there won't be room for us next time!? :)

We are advised to keep beach facing lights off at night to avoid distracting incoming sea turtles. For a place named Turtle Reef, they need to be more diligent in this regard. The place is lit up like a Christmas tree at night. The beach chair rental person was a bit terse and didn't need to dump my towels in the sand when rentals were done for the day.

Lynette was. one of the nicest people there. She was accommodating and kind through all requests.

There could be some room updates (peeling paint etc)

It was oceanfront, great access, easy to get to the ocean. The water is gorgeous here. Lots of shells. You can hear the ocean from the room. Large screened patio. The room was a nice size. Very roomy. The area is very nice. I would definitely recommend this area. The guy at check-in was very nice. Beach towels are provided. Lots of pillows provided.

There was some sort of diesel exhaust tube on the ground right by our patio. We had to shut the doors due to the fumes one morning. That should have been vented out of the top of the building. We were in 102. The floors hadn't been cleaned well, especially around edged and under things. There were hairs in the floor of the on-suite bathroom, a lime slice under a patio chair outside. No one brought clean towels, you had to ask and the staff then acted bothered about that. Chairs on the beach are NOT included. A guy on the beach rents those out daily. Behind and under furniture hadn't been cleaned in a while. If you're expecting house keeping to come each day, you'll be disappointed. I think they only come when you check out. Master bedroom bed squeaked on one side everytime you moved.

Great location. Beautiful ocean views. Friendly front desk staff. Very clean accommodations.

The master bedroom bed was worn. The furnishings could use an upgrade. And some exterior painting is needed.
