Everything was great. The room was bigger than we imagined. The staff was great especially Jonathan. On a side note my 5 year old started swimming in the pool without his swim vest because the pools shallow end is the perfect height and he felt so comfortable in it. Also, we loved the breakfast especially him.

There wasn’t anything negative really to say. The only thing my daughter said was that she wished there was more of a variety for breakfast or that you offer some fruit cups because some days the breakfast was too heavy.

The room was amazing and so much space! I loved that I had a whole fridge and did not have to keep bending over almost to the floor to get my seltzer like you do with those mini fridges in other hotels. The extra lock on the door also helped with security which is a nice bonus.

They provide shampoo and body wash, but no conditioner for hair. I did not realize this and it was disappointed to find out once I got into the shower. The ice bucket was super heavy empty, so once filled I needed both hands to carry it back to the room. Also, for a hot breakfast there was only one option, and that was biscuits and gravy, which I do not eat. Other hotels have eggs and sausage or bacon as options as well as biscuits and gravy.

Staff was very friendly and kind! Room was very clean. Hotel with good breakfast! We used your hotel because we were in town for a family emergency. We had to extend our stay 3 different times and stayed for a total of 8 days. Staff was wonderful and understanding and made it work for us to stay extra days and not change rooms! Also, your maintenance man is the hardest working person you have. Watching him clean around the pool area and outside grounds. I don’t think he ever rest! He takes wonderful care of your building and grounds!

Can’t think of one thing! Everything was cozy and clean Staff was outstanding.

we absolutely loved everything. The staff were friendly and the room was extremely lovely. The entire hotel was so extremely clean.

When we checked in we couldn’t find anyone. I checked in threw the mobil app and was having an issue with my digital card another guest had to let us in the hotel and we couldn’t find any staff to get a plastic key card luckily after and little while my digital card started working.

The property is beautiful and EXCEPTIONALLY clean. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful. Jessica and her housekeeping staff are awesome….the rooms just couldn’t be any cleaner. The front desk staff was very warm and welcoming, especially Dan. I needed to make bookings for several weeks in advance and Dan was quick to take care of that for me while I enjoyed time at the pool. He then signed me up for the Hilton Honors Program, so I can start earning points, which is something I didn’t even think of doing. The breakfast was the best around and again the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Best hotel in town can’t wait to come back!!

Nothing at all

Gage and Cheryl were phenomenal. Our room was huge and we had a lovely view of the pool. It was meticulously cleaned and all of the staff were so incredibly friendly. The pool was lovely and we could see the maintenance tech check the water every morning so we knew it was clean and well maintained. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants to be close to the beach and the convenience of shopping and restaurants.

Comfortable mattress, coffee and tea in front desk area, staff readily available to assist, spacious room with large appliances compared to typical hotels

Not a huge issue but if you are ordering a car service like Uber, you’ll need to be specific about how they enter the lot or they’ll be driving around and have a difficult time finding you because the lot has one way in/out.

This facility exceeded my expectations!! The hotel is beautiful and the staff could not have been more welcoming. They make you feel like you are the only guest they have. From the front desk to maintenance it is one of the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I especially want to give condos to Allison the lady that serves breakfast. This lady is a go getter and does everything possible to see that your day starts off with a positive note. I cannot say enough about this hotel or it’s staff. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!!

Nothing could have been nicer

This was my second stay at this facility and I keep coming back because you get a good size room with amenities for good value. The staff is great and friendly so overall a very welcoming and enjoyable experience.
