Facilities and food are great! There is a lot of activities to do and is the perfect family vacation

Staff is really friendly except for the cooks. They have an attitude problem and they’ll make sure to express it. They less you can interact with them the happier you’ll be at this place

I liked everything, the people who work there are always polite, especially Gustavo, Xiomara, and others who served us at the restaurant, at the reception there is also Giovani (I think that was his name) and especially Luis who took care of us very well of my son . I loved it, everything was always clean, unfortunately I had an unforeseen problem with the account due to Booking.com giving me the wrong error and I hope it will be resolved soon, as it caused me a lot of embarrassment and a headache.

All of the meals were great. No complaints.

I know the property is scheduled for updates and renovations which are very much needed. It rained when we were there and there were several areas including the Marketplace dining area with leaking roofs. The rooms themselves were fine but it is very noticeable updates are needed. When the renovations are complete hopefully the price will remain the same.

We really enjoyed relaxing here. There are several pools, kids club. A good choice of water activities. It is a pity that there was no opportunity to rent jetski and flyboard. Special thanks for the delicious food. Everything was fresh and delicious. I would like to thank the staff of the spa center. The massage was excellent. The Master knew exactly what she was doing. If we had been longer, we would definitely have gone again.

The air conditioning in room B138 was not working well. When we arrived, we found that the pillowcases in the room that had been prepared for us were dirty. It wasn't pleasant.

1.The infinity pool with the great view, even though it wasn't heated. We enjoyed the adjacent bar too. 2. Golf right at the resort. 3. The room with the Big TV. 4. The pastries and desserts! 😃 5. The variety of tropical drinks. 6. Resort was very clean.

1. The rooms were a little outdated. 2. We had tiny ants on the bathroom sinks. ☹😳 3. Same food every evening at the buffet. 4. NO Gelato or ice cream!! ☹ 5. It was hard to enjoy/listen to TV when kids were screaming while playing game tables (air hockey?).

Wonderful people that wanted to make your trip fantastic! They were always cleaning and keeping everything beautiful!! Food was wonderful and so were pools!!!

The only thing that I would improve are the hotel room building. They need something done like painting the room doors bright colors and sprucing up color on buildings. That first impression made me doubt but once we got in room And headed down to do all the activities my doubt disappeared!!!

This was a great weekend getaway for the price. The buildings are older but everything was clean. The staff was super friendly, and the food was great! Buffet option only but there’s tons to choose from. We loved the open bar and the cabanas by the pool. For all inclusive at the price point, we definitely felt we got a great deal! We also loved the dancing and DJ on Friday and Saturday night.

the water sports were a little pricy especially with a family of 4 and already paying as much as we had too.

Food was amazing, drinks were great, VERY AFFORDABLE for an all inclusive resort. We had a phenomenal time.

Construction and closed off areas kind of were a bummer, beach and hot tub were closed off, but still a great time regardless.

The food was delicious. There was suck a wide variety to choose from that I never grew tired of the food. The property was beautiful and very well kept.
