The property is in a perfect location. The staff is incredible friendly and parking was easy. There a late a lot of restaurants surrounding the area as well.

The pool was green on the deep end and our room smelled like something died in it. It was a dirty mildewed smell. The room itself appeared to be clean so no complaints there. I didn’t like that we only got two towels, wash cloths and hand towels for 3-4 people.

The location was fine, I had picked that location before the trip. I had dinner in the lounge. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The room was mostly quiet but noise from the hallway would happen throughout the night. The staff was awesome. Thanks Ed from somewhere in Mandarin, enjoyed the conversation.

The room rate was ridiculous and quite a bit higher than advertised. I did not have breakfast. It seems I was not on some special list and so the they wanted some exorbitant amount for me to eat at a small buffet that is generally covered at other locations. See Marriott Residence Inn.

I had a freak incident with a pool chair. I caught my ring finger in the track of the lounge chair as I was lowering the back. I was able to get a woman and my husband to pull the chair apart enough to get my finger out. Two bruised fingers, and no damage to the chair!!

My third year in a row coming to the hotel. Always a pleasure.

There was a baseball league staying on my floor. So the children were running the hallways very late at night. Room service was not available, and there were not a lot of dairy-free options in the hotel's store on the bar menu.

When we discovered that the pillows were down fill we requested foam. Our request was handled very quickly and the woman from housekeeping worked diligently to get us what we needed. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Check-in and check-out times are difficult to ascertain. They should be more prominent. We had no issues with either but when we were looking for those times we were never able to find them.

It was very well kept and the rooms were nice. The beds were super comfortable. I loved that the hotel served food and had a bar. I left a bag in the room by accident and the gentleman on the phone when I called was so nice and shipped it to me. That was above and beyond.

The only complaint I have is that there was a staff member who was extremely rude to me about 3 people only being allowed in the gym. They were all of my family members and I didn’t understand the reasoning.

The location of the hotel was great. We were around restaurants, stores, entertainment, and Lake Mary is a quaint place.

This hotel is lovely. Very comfortable beds, and clean. Nice TV, lots of appliance connections for cells etc. Bathroom very nice, amenities plentiful. Lots of towels. Due to Covid there was no dining available and no room service. Also no housekeeping at this time. Rooms were cleaned after departure. Large tv and large bedroom. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend to others. Parking was adequate, pool area very nice.

Nothing at this point in time due to Covid. The only thing I thought odd was the bathroom door had no lock . It was the new sliding barn door type which was very nice but not even a hook to keep the door from being opened.

I left before breakfast opened Staff was very helpful, the hotel was spotless, and there was plenty of parking

The property is right in the middle of everything you will ever need. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping strip malls and the highway. It was very easy to find. The rooms were nice and clean and cozy. My favorite thing was the shower. The water pressure was perfect. Controlling the tv from my phone was very cool as well.

That there are no vending machines on each floor.
