Very clean and very quiet. I was put on the top floor (10 out of 10 to whoever chose the room), I was there a week and I was able to rest really good at night. The staff is always friendly and I was happy to come back to such a clean room every evening. This is my second work trip stay here and I plan on returning again in December.

The hallways were hot. I know its Florida but it was noticeable. Also the weed smell. I don’t know if people were smoking in their room or if it was coming up from outside, because every time I went to my car there was a wall of weed smell outside. I don’t care if people smoke, live your best life, but I had to walk thru it and then go to my work events smelling like it.

It was a very comfortable stay, for the most part the staff was very welcoming and nice.

A change in breakfast would've been nice, could've used a re-paint in the bedroom and fixing up the trim. As it was check out day for us, I was going outside to help my husband with packing up the car, and a cleaning lady basically demanded me to leave and I didn't have the chance to check for anything we might've left behind because she rushed me and my kids out of there. She was very unprofessional in her attitude, I unfortunately cannot remember her name as it has been about a month since we came back home.

The staff, amenities, room and facilities were very nice. Hospitality was great and definitely worth 5 stars. Everyone we met was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every way possible. We ran into a snag with our hotel key not working and it was fixed immediately. Housekeeping was exceptionally friendly and helped us in obtaining extra trash bags due to our daughter having medical supplies needing to be disposed of. Anything we needed we were able to get. Breakfast was wonderful. The lobby was well lit, and aesthetically pleasant. Our room was very comfortable and provided us with a nice place to test and relax. We will definitely be recommending this location to our family and friends.

The Tv in sitting area didn’t work, wasn’t picking up any channels. We called front desk twice, over 2 days. No one ever came. Both days we were told that as soon as maintenance came in, someone would come and fix the problem. We booked a king suite so that we could have a sitting area to relax and watch tv. Instead we ended up sitting on the bed watching the other tv. We were there for 4 nights and we only went out in the late afternoons. Also, the room had a musty smell. Maybe air fresheners/plug-ins need to be used.

Very comfortable bed, lots of channels on TV. AC worked well and kept the room cold. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was pretty nice but a bit standoffish.

Loud party in one of the conference rooms. I understand it was Bike Fest in the town so it was likely people partying from the Fest. It is nothing the hotel can do about but it is weird getting into the hotel parking lot as you turn off a main road and then have to essentially drive through an area that is a parking lot for the local VA center.

The room was amazing! I loved the Jacuzzi tub and all the hot water I wanted, it was actually too hot for me, which I didn't think was possible. The room was spacious with a couch and and chair. The breakfast was like none other than I've seen in a hotel. Make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels, toast, muffins, cereal, fruit, yogurt. The whole stay made my birthday wonderful!

The property was very clean, the staff was friendly, accomodating and attentive. The rooms were large.

The TV that I had in my room was pretty antiquated. The picture quality was low (i think that might be because it was an older and smaller TV that displayed in analog) and the size of it was small for the room. The entire premises smelled of bleach, which was good because it was a very very clean property, but with the hallways, the room and the bedding all smelling so strongly of bleach, it was somewhat nausiating as it was pretty overwhelming.

This location is Great for Me. I Appreciate that... The stores that I shop are very close to the Hotel. *AND* The Front Desk Staff Members Were Very Kind and Helpful to Me. "Melody" * IsIs * And "Kaitlin". I'm Very Thankful that these 3 young ladies are apart of The Comfort Inn Team!!!

My tub had a constant drip and I could hear it at night when going to bed *BUT* My King size bed was Sooo Comfortable that I was able to Rest Very Well!!!

location to our needs. the staff was great when we had a chance to interact with them. the breakfast each day was very good

the toilet in our room was wobbly and uncomfortable to use. occasionally we used the bathrooms on main floor

Very nicely located and very clean.

It was not the property, but the presence of an old blood stain one of the sheets. The stain appeared not to be fresh, but present from another time. The sheet was actually clean, just the mark of it .
