Location beach pool area

Not enough beach chairs for the pool area, room needed to be fully cleaned before renting, dust was accumulated all over the room Toilet water source was turned off and I had to find the valve to turn the water on. The float valve had to be adjusted so the water in the tank would not overfill . Luckily I was able to make these adjustments other would have called for maintenance or ask for a different room or leave the resort. The bath tube need caulking around the rim to coverup the rusted areas. It needed renovation.

Rooms were nice size and close to the beach! Pool was large and cafe was good. The beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed having a washer and dryer.

Pool closed at 10 every night. Staff came in pool area around 9 and started closing things down. We tried to move to deck area but was told to leave that area unless we were ordering from the bar. No vending machines anywhere and cafe closed at 5 no ice machines either. We stayed 7 nights and never got house keeping service anytime we needed new towels or toilet paper we had to get it from front desk. Also sheets were filthy and comforters had stains all over them.

Awesome location with the perfect size suite for 5 people. Really enjoyed the full kitchen, two bathrooms, tvs in all the rooms, balcony, multiple pools and hot tubs, ping pong, courtesy bins with sand toys, rafts etc, cafe and beach bar.

The housekeeping situation was very vague. There was nothing to indicate that we needed to bring our own toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels. Toilet paper was provided initially but then we had to search out staff to get more. Same with trash bags. There wasn't cleaning service for our suite while we stayed. It wasn't a big deal but it was unclear when we checked in.

the pool was nice and the water was warm! The beach was within walking, very nice, the ocean was warm. The condo was like any other one.

I booked the condo for 3 adults and 2 children. when it was time for bed and we pulled out the couch sofa for the kids. there were no linens for the sofa bed anywhere! I called the front desk and they said I had to come and get them at the desk, they would not bring them to the room. even though they knew when I booked the condo what I would need and it wasn’t supplied. plus they only had 4 towels in the condo for 5 people. they were 2 people at the desk there was no reason one of them couldn’t have brought the linens to the room. so at 10:30 at night I had to walk to the front desk and get the linens! I feel this should have been brought to me since it was their mistake it wasn’t in the room.

Location is great directly on the beach! Very nice pool. Loved the balcony. Size and overall accommodations were nice with a couple cosmetic issues. Can't beat that view! Would definitely book again.

Condo was on need of some maintenance. Pretty banged up. Need some heavy duty cleaning-grout/caulk work in the showers and tub. Only other thing is upon checkout at 11am the main office reaked of weed. Big turn off. Very unprofessional. And it was too strong to say it was from another guest who may have been in there prior to me. It was definitely being smoked/vaped in there. Some people may not mind that but its just not a good look.

Sunset Vistas have everything you need for a wonderful stay right on the premises. Two bedroom or 3 bedroom suites. Laundry, kitchen, dining room, living room all in your unit. Balcony and ocean view with every suite. A cafe for breakfast or lunch, a bar by the wonderful pool. Hot tub, kiddie pool. Close to store’s shopping and great restaurants.

It was too crowed because of Labor Day. Next year we won’t go then. Also they had a wedding and reception on the premises and didn’t tell guests beforehand so we had to listen to really loud music and screaming for 5 hours

location was great, property was very clean and well maintained, wonderful balcony with gulf views. our 2 bedroom condo was well furnished and comfortable.

smoking is allowed on balconies which ruined a few evenings as we had to go inside due to smoke drifting to our balcony and even into our room. although there are signs prohibiting the saving of lounge chairs around the pool, every morning the same people would line up at pool opening and spread out towels and bags to save tables and chairs for later arrivals. we were unable to find available lounge chairs or chairs until late afternoons and we could see from our room that people would come and go from pool area for long periods of time but leave their belongings on lounges and tables to save them. it was quite annoying but happened daily.

The location and facilities can’t be beat. Having a little store and restaurant right in the courtyard was super convenient, and the bar on the beach was fun, but it was also conveniently located to lots of other places to eat and shop. The courtyard was beautiful and it was so easy to walk to the beach. Office staff were super friendly and housekeeping was very responsive when we needed extra service. Having even a partial view of the beach and Gulf was a beautiful thing to wake up to. We didn’t use the pools but they looked lovely and we certainly saw lots of people enjoying them.

The parking is very very tight and the bedrooms were on the small side. It was hard to enjoy the balcony because there seemed to be a steady stream of smokers on other balconies and the smell was constantly wafting over.

The location was great and within walking distance of John's Pass and great restaurants and shopping. The beach was amazing and not too crowded. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and the ice cream place next door.

I was a little worried about cleanliness reading some of the reviews, but overall it was okay. Bed linens, mattresses, kitchen were all very clean. Bathroom fixtures and tile had clearly not been cleaned regularly, even the faucet had not been wiped down prior to our arrival. The bathroom fan had a ton of lint. However, we were willing to overlook these for the location and the fact that we spent very little time in the room.

There were staff available and visible during our whole stay - security, reception, tiki bar, and cafe. Whenever we had questions they were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Security especially was alert and professional - he greeted us upon arrival when we came in late and even warned us when a serious storm blew in the next night. Our receptionist was also ready with our keys and maps/parking. He was warm and friendly and made us feel welcome. I really appreciated that after a long drive. The beach and ocean location was my group's favorite! It was right there, beautiful and accessible. Two of the four of us hadn't ever seen an ocean, so the view from the balcony was breathtaking! The warm waters and gentle waves were so welcoming, we wished we could stay another week! Hotel was so close to everything, we came and went as we pleased. Everything about the hotel felt welcoming, inviting and safe to explore and enjoy. I am very thankful to your staff and property for helping us end our vacation on such a good note. :)
