I love the location, I feel safe and it is really close to Madeira Beach like 1-2 min walk and 3 min drive to John's Pass. Cambria building looks sophisticated outside and interior is cool. I love our room, it's beautiful & cozy, the bed is soft. The staff are great especially Abraham at the valet was really nice and courteous. Though we mostly had activities in downtown St. Pete I still chose to stay here. They have 8:30 pm sunset toast on the rooftop.

Nothing really. Overall a great experience and would love to stay there again.

This is a gorgeous and comfy hotel with beautiful grounds and spacious rooms.

Sink drain smelled like methane gas so we had to keep it plugged. An additional $75 for mandatory valet parking and resort fee seemed excessive but most importantly should be explained when making reservations.

The Staff was impeccable and our room was huge!!!

The Golden money treasure chest game, for the kids. Intro complimentary bags at check in. On point wake-up calls and room service. All the attention for our group surprise birthday party and amenities.

The hotel was amazing very comfortable super clean and the staff was amazing especially Tim was so attentive and super great will definitely stay again hoping everyone is safe during this storm 🫶🏼

This is my second time staying here. The property is in a great location. The room was very nice. When checking in the woman at the counter asked if I have ever been here before, and I said I was here last year. She said I am going to give you a great room, and she wasn’t kidding. Room 504 is an awesome room, with a view of the bay and a balcony. We stayed here while attending 4 spring training games in Tampa, Dunedin and Clearwater. All less than 40 minutes away. You will have to pay $25.00 a day for Valet Parking only, but it made things easier, and while you are about to leave your room, you just had to text the number, and when you got downstairs, your vehicle was ready. The roof top bar and pool were also nice, and while checking in, they offer you a champagne toast. I highly recommend this hotel.

There is nothing I didn’t like. The only thing that was disappointing was seeing all the shops nearby were closed up and damaged because of the October storm, and of course no one’s fault. It was just sad to see.

Staff was friendly and it was super easy/convenient to text the front desk to get toiletries restocked. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfy. Our balcony offered excellent views of the sunrise and sunset.

The food at the rooftop bar and restaurant wasn't very good. The truffle parm fries were cold and soggy, like the oil wasn't hot enough to properly fry them; the entrees lacked flavor and were overcooked/dry.

Love the location and rooftop pool and view. Room was sufficient and clean, everything you need for a couple nights stay. The valet parking has been added since our last stay, although convenient, is pricey.

The pool and the hot-tub could use some updating. At our last stay, the pool water was milky white and we never used the pool, it was not clean. This time the water is ice cold, needs to be heated. The hot-tub is barely hot, lots of sand in it and the jets never really turned on. You just sit in lukewarm water. Being this is a feature of your rooftop, they should be working properly and be ready for your guests.

Everything was excellent about my stay at the hotel. The staff was wonderful, from the front desk Tawanda, to the vallet guys Patrick.Dan, Abrahm to the housekeeper getting towels for us each day. The room was very nice & the bed slept wonderfully (very important!) Loved the location of our room and the balcony. The location was great. It was close to the beach to walk each day and also to the restaurant/bars nearby. There was also a Winn-Dixie and CVS right by hotel so could walk to & pickup sunscreen, snacks, ect. The pool & rooftop bar- Embers was terrific at night yo watch the sunset each night. I will definitely be back again soon & stay there again !!

I can't think of a thing I did not like.

Clean and modern. The Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom mirror was nice. Rooftop bar was nice. I personally recommend getting food from 3rd floor restaurant because the food they serve upstairs comes from there.. Big tv that swings. Comfy clean room. An actual thermostat in the room. Ambient lighting. 5 minute walk to the beach and several great restaurants bus stop within 2. nearby stores within fat guy walking distance.

No TV channel guide. I feel like they should have a pamphlet or welcome pack in the room because they offer a lot of things that wasnt necessarily explained the best.. And it was supposed to be a on demand cleaning service but they were in there when we didn't request it.

I liked the location. I also liked the room and lobby, both are tastefully done and comfortable.

I didn't like the fact that the elevator was inoperable the total time were were on site and the fact that my baggage was rather large and heavy. Dragging them up five floors or ten flights of stairs was quite miserable. In all fairness, it's not the resort's fault but rather Mother Nature (Hurricane Helene).
