From the moment we walked in the door, everything was superb. From the cleanliness of the room to the amazing view from our balcony. The staff explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. Continental breakfast was great, just enough to hold you over until lunch time snack. Providing beach towels to your guest was a great touch. You also had full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower.

We took our luggage up to our room on one of your carts, thank you for having those. We had just gotten everything unloaded, the door closed behind us and there was a very loud KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK, more like pounding our door down. it was Lisa the cleaning lady. She said, "is this your cart?". Yes, we just got our luggage off of it. "Well I can't get my cleaning cart by, it's in the way". Ok, I can move it to the elevator. "NO , I guess I can do it (with an attitude).

The location was wonderfull. In front of the beach with access directly to the beach. The water of the the beach was warm and calm, no waves. it looks like a big pool. The room is good with a balcony with the ocean view. The breakfast served in the lobby is simple but the room has a kitchen with everything to prepare your own breakfast and there is a Publix Market few minutes by car. The Hotel is not a luxury hotel but the price is very cheaper in comparison to resorts nearby. It is perfect to people who wants stay in a place and prepare your own meals, but if you do not want to do, there is some restaurants around.

For people like me and my wife, who usually have dinner a litlle late at night, be aware because restaurants nearby closes early 09:00-10:00 PM. But, in fact, this not a big problem.

This was my husband and I first time staying on this property. It was ok at when we first got there that night. However, the next morning, we woke up to water all over our floor. The guest next door accidentally flooded their room and it leaked all over our room. When I called to inform the front desk as to what was going on, were quick in solving the problem as well as rectifying the situation. They also moved us to a much better room for the remainder of our stay. The staff was great. Even the maintenance man that showed right up to get all the water up from the floor. We will definitely give this resort another try in the near future.

Right on the beach. Plenty of seating on hotel property plus umbrella rental for those who want to be directly on the sand. There is a small but very nice swimming pool plus corn hole and shuffle board. I like that there were no children at the resort. It is a quiet adults-only resort; the clientele seemed to be from middle-aged to early retirees. It is NOT a raucous party place. Nothing fancy, but the rooms are very well equipped with small kitchenettes. All rooms have balconies, but there are also cozy recliners in the rooms so that one can lay back and look at the Gulf through the sliding glass doors while remaining in the cool or AC.

All was fine. The continental breakfast was OK but nothing special.

The location is perfect! We enjoyed having our ocean front room. The staff, Mario, and Sarah were both very welcoming. The room had everything that we needed and was exceptionally clean. The resort itself is quiet and well located close to restaurants and Publix. We enjoyed our stay very much. We were able to eat meals in the room and cook and the kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed. we could see the sunset, partially from our balcony, but perfectly on the beach outside. We also were able to walk down the beach and see several green turtle tracks and nests in the early morning hours.

The property is somewhat dated, although it has been refreshed with new paint inside. We did notice the steps from the office to the outside seem deep and may be difficult to navigate if someone is compromised or has mobility issues. We were on the third floor, and the sliders to the outside could not be locked. It didn’t matter to us because we were on the third floor and it was unlikely someone would ever try to break in from outside. but somebody might have a problem with this. The resort is adult only over 21. However the public beach is not far from the resort and there are families with children that do use the beach area so the beach area is not necessarily over 21.

We liked the "old style" feel of the hotel. We grew up enjoying the beach in Ocean City, Maryland and had previously stayed at many properties that were just like this one. It reminded us of our younger years. We love the property, the room and more importantly, the view. And the walk to beach was but a few feet away. We would rather stay here than at a more modern high rise hotel. It's also a short walk to The Reef for breakfast.

I think the hotel could do more to offer local discounts. But that is surely not a complaint!

Calling this a “resort” is a bit of a stretch. More like a quaint motel with “character” (read, it shows a bit of wear around the edges). That said, you can’t beat the location for unobstructed view of the ocean from the room and direct access to the beach. Breakfast consisted of pre-packaged items; not exactly gourmet, but not nothing, either. Staff were friendly and accommodating, plenty of fresh beach towels available in the lobby. And the bed was really comfortable. My room had a small kitchenette and was larger than some DC apartments I’ve been in. Overall a great deal if you want to work remotely from the beach for a few days!

The property was very clean. There were plenty of chairs and tables in the pool and grill areas for relaxing after a day on the beach. The hotel is directly on the Gulf. The beach is not too wide, so you don’t have to walk too far on hot sand. There was a simple grab and go breakfast with oatmeal, breakfast bars and cereals. Coffee and a variety of teas were available most of the day. Extra room towels and beach towels were always available. The room had a small kitchen and full size fridge that met our needs. Nice balcony with a gulf (sort of partial) view.
