Loved the location and comfort of the room. Parking location was excellent. Maintenance man was very polite and informative. Keep that guy!

Public restrooms at the end of our corridor brought extra traffic walking by our window often. People are curious about the row of mirror tinted windows that are the hotel rooms on the 2nd floor. So sometimes curious patrons will put their face against window to see through tint and unintentionally look onto your bed. It would be great if they had an agreement with another local property to allow guests to visit their pool facilities as that was the only thing my kid wanted that we did not have. I would book this hotel again though.

The location of the room was excellent in terms of access to the beach, dining and shopping and especially parking. At first I found the location right on a public walkway to be a bit disconcerting but it turned out to be more private than I thought. I appreciated the mirror tinted windows so I could have light in the room without being seen. I was concerned about the fully remote check in process but I called the number and it was flawless.

I would have appreciated a lid on the toilet seat. The bathroom was small and without a lid on the seat it was difficult to find a place to put my toiletries when using the sink or my clothes when using the shower.

Location and parking near our room is exceptional - room size - newness and cleanliness exceeded expectations. This is our first time with a virtual remote check in. Parking code was the last part of our phone number and we received a text for our key code around 3:30pm - it might have been quite an ordeal if either didn't work, but both did!

Specific instructions - we are talking a full length 10 stepper for using the TV - the remote doesn't match so it's quite an ordeal. Also just getting used to the idea of not having a person on site. Make sure you have the contact number and ability to message if there is an issue... like the TV.

with this being an all remote location a few things should be addressed. 1 how the tv remote works. 2 there was Wi-Fi but no password left for you to use 3 no hot water in our sink in the bathroom and if you arrive after dark it is very dark in the room a light should be left on for guests even if it is motion censored.

The location was right in the middle of it all. Walking distance to everything, and if you are in a party mood, just walk downstairs.

Although we read the details about loud music on weekends, wow, was it loud. The base shook the whole unit. Other than that, it was nice. A few updates could be made to the unit like shower rods, one in guest bath fell twice the metal window covers shook horribly. We were missing a blow dryer, extra sheet, and blanket for the pull out, and our toilet was clogged when we walked in. For the price, I feel like it could have been a step up, but It got taken care of quickly, which was nice, and my family had a great time in the area.

we had no way of getting our pass code to enter our room when arrived other guests informed us of how to contact person to give us code to enter room this should of been explained to us when we booked the room

Location was great. The staff came right out and fixed our problems.

No chairs in the room. No place to sit on balcony.

Our 2nd time staying here and our choice when visiting the Tampa/St. Pete area. Easy in and out free parking garage, right on the John's Pass waterway and boardwalk. Lots to do and lots of restaurant choices. You can't go wrong! Very nice room and amenities at a rate much better than the big area hotels. Check in by phone, park and enter through the 3rd floor of the parking garage. You never need to go to a front desk. All is done by phone. Very easy and convenient... we'll be back....

1st time visiting is a little confusing. Maybe clearer instructions.... but just take a ticket at the parking garage and drive up to 3rd floor. You'll see the hotel reserved spots. Park and you're in. They'll text you the code to your room. If you leave, just enter the last 4 of your phone # followed by *. Gate goes up and you're out, as many times a day as you want!

checking in was a hassle. tv did not have the correct remote. tv had very few channels. The resort is advertised as a new hotel but the furniture was very used and the chair was all over bad. The shower had the brackets for a shelf but there was no place to put the soap or shampoo. they came on a Sunday to clean the room but did not leave any washcloths. we call day and night till they brought some on Wednesday afternoon. also they never took the trash out so on Wednesday morning we took the trash out ourselves. So they brought trash bags on Wednesday afternoon and left bags but never put one in the trash can

The location was perfect! It's right across the street from the boardwalk with easy access to the beach. 5 amazingly soft pillows in the room, with more than enough towels, toiletries, and space for one person. Hot water and power of the shower head were on point. Checking in and out was easy. Response time when messaging staff was quick. Having a designated parking spot in a busy area was great.

The rooms are not soundproof at all. Being connected to a parking garage, in a high traffic area, and a couple of noisy restaurants & bars nearby makes for a rather noisy experience. The room is very sloppily finished. I know they are brand new, but there's wall paint on the ceiling, broken shelving in the shower, the furniture is beat up, the dimming lamp controls are all gummed up, leak stains and chipped ceiling, different size lock than the door was made for so there's a hole in the door, not all of the blinds are attached near the window so people can see inside your place despite the solar coating, and the outlets don't hold charger plugs well. It left me feeling a little disappointed.
