Accommodations & Beach were perfect.

Only problem we had in the room was the shower. It would take a few minutes sometimes to get warm & then wouldn't last very long & go cold. This went back & forth. It was are fought not saying anything to them the first day though.

The rooms were extremely clean and well equipped!! Comfortable and airy. The pool was perfect again the pool area was clean. The water was so nice and warm five minute walk to the beach. Despite being in a busy area, the resort was very quiet.

Nothing!!! I was very pleased with everything!! The owners Bonnie, Peter and Eric were absolutely wonderful and very accommodating!! The all gave off great energy!!! 😊 I will definitely be returning!! FYI I was blessed to meet 3 beautiful ladies also guest at Beachside!!! We had a blast!!!! 🥰

This is a true hidden gem and was everything I expected. The staff was welcoming and so accommodating. The room was clean and I felt safe. The facilities were fun and the pool was heated. The location is perfect, just steps to the beach without having to cross a busy street. They offered me towels and chairs. I highly recommend Beachside. I did not want to stay in a high rise resort.

My only advice is to add some curtains. I liked that the outside of the rooms were well lit at night but that light comes into the room with only blinds.

Such a lovely place. The unit (efficiency) was huuuuge! Also super clean and with all the bits and pieces you'd want for a self-catered stay. The service was great - I turned up early for check-in and they turned around my room so quickly so I could get in rather than hanging around. The location was also excellent - right on the beach, close to a big supermarket and restaurants and walkable to St John's Pass. Good WiFi and lots of cable channels (if you watch TV, I don't really but good to have)

Loved our stay! Right on the beach. Aaamazing beach. Umbrella & beach chairs available for rent. Well kept property. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Clean room! Chairs outside your room to take in the nice sea breeze. Nice walkway behind the hotels. Fridge, sink & microwave to store & heat up leftovers. Lovely owners! Super accommodating! We will be back!

Be aware the walk to the beach is a bit but the same for all beachside hotels in this area of Treasure Island.

The motel was so lovely. The staff were amazing and kind. The hotel was very clean and the outside area was wonderfully cared for and manicured. It was right on the beach and the pool was nice. Can't say enough good about our stay! We already started planning on when we can return before we even left! Fabulous!

Would have liked a more comfortable bed, but that's it - everything else was great!!

This property was immaculate. Very well cared for and exceptionally clean . Right on the beach , chairs and towels were offered . The room had an apartment size refrigerator, one burner in the counter , coffee maker , pots pans and dishes , all were very new looking . Pool was very nice and as with everything else it was very clean too. We had a wonderful swim and enjoyed it very much . Beautiful outdoor furniture and well groomed landscape. Charcoal grill in back property with picnic tables and umbrellas. Shuffleboard court in great condition. This is a gem .

The property is on the beach side of Gulf Blvd., so access to the beach was good. Restaurants, a convenience store, a drug store, a supermarket, and a post office were all within walking distance. The room provided us plenty of space and all the conveniences that we needed for a five-night stay. The room was clean, and the staff were helpful. The property was well maintained.

Though well-maintained, the facilities are probably 50 years old and lack the new-facility sparkle. The furnishings are utilitarian and far from up-scale. Because the facility is directly on Gulf Blvd., traffic noise is heavy.

The owners were attentive and available during the office hours. They are super nice and were willing to help in any way possible. They were present all day cleaning and doing up keep on the grounds. The property was across a walking/biking path from the beach. There were several hotels, bars, restaurants along that walking path. The property and walking path were quiet. Treasure Island Beach was busy but not overly crowded like the surrounding beaches and areas. The hotel offers beach chairs and beach umbrellas to their guests. This was a great perk. I stayed in an efficiency room. It was perfect with a microwave, fridge, toaster, and kitchen sink. I walked up to the nearest grocery store and stockes up on snacks, light breakfast items, and beverages. I loved my 4 night stay at this property.

This is a clean, well maintained motel. It is right on the beach. The room had a table and chairs, a small fridge and microwave. There is a small kitchen sink and some dishes. The staff was very helpful.

The parking lot is small as they cut it off to add a swimming pool. There aren’t a lot of extras: no breakfast or exercise equipment. But with the room setup breakfast was easy to make. And who needs a treadmill when the beach is a few feet away.
