Holiday Inn Express Stuart, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast had scrambled eggs with sausages - eggs were tasty. and the cinnamon roll was an exceptional treat as it was kept warm in its own oven. I did not eat the pancakes but my family did. Very clean and efficient attendants were so helpful.

I do not like the type of air conditioning that sits on the floor with air blowing across the beds. That was uncomfortable. But you cannnot change that and we managed.

The staff was amazing! Booking.com had a glitch with my prepaid reservation but Vanessa was the front desk attendant and called them for me. She spent a long time and was very patient and kind as she got the reservation canceled and made me a new reservation. It was a long process for both of us but she made it pleasant.

The card lock to our room and also to the end of the hall exit door were glitching. They would unlock but only after multiple swipes of the card.

Only thing to complain about is knocking on my door for housekeeping and I had the I'm busy-Dont disturb sign and they still knocked as I was changing. It was not 11:00 checking out time. I've seen similar reviews about Do not disturb incidents. Rude.

The staff were all very professional and very friendly. I’d particularly like to say my appreciation of Gianna, the desk clerk when I checked in. There was an issue which she handled extremely well.

I didn't use the breakfast.

My major complaint was the air-conditioning. In the first room the A/C was leaking on the floor. I seemed to have a hard time with the thermostat. You had to have the fan on all the time. The room temp didn't seem to be controlled by the thermostat.

The location was great. Staff was helpful. Very comfortable bed.

No wash clothes and the pool was dirty lots of leaves in it.

Beds are amaziiiiiiiiing. Blankets are comfy. Everything was nice and clean. Nice shower. The rooms look new and modern.

Someone put a bill under my door around 4am, they scared the crap out of us, they could send me an email and save some paper and the breakfast was weak too. A little too expensive for the area.

I love the room it was really clean and and very clean restroom. I always pick this hotel because is very clean and the front desk people are nice. I love everything

Nice staff, and accommodating. Like that Dunkin donuts and pizza place was next door

Have to be first one in line to get breakfast. Trays were not filled again. Had to go to restaurant for breakfast. 😔

The breakfast could have included more variety . There was nothing else. No complaints.
