Location Location, location. That's why I've stayed there 5 times in the past 3 months. Pleased to report the roach problem that was very noticeable last stay have been controlled! This was the first stay on the 2nd floor. ( The others were all on the first )

The elevator seems like it's about to die any moment. It has a sign limiting it to 4 passengers at a time. I don't know if that is a hold over from covid or due to issues with the elevator itself. I pretty much went to using the stairs for my entire 4 night stay. My lady friend isn't as mobile as I am so I did get to experience it.

Location of the hotel. Close to restaurants grocery store and the people I was visiting .

For the 2nd time now, other guests got into the pool area after it was supposedly closed at 8 p.m. . I had a room that had a window located next to a patio table and chairs that 2 people decided to talk, laugh, etc . Together at 3 a.m.! Surely there has to be a way to lock up the access doors to the pool.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was okay - we would suggest adding a little bit more kid friendly breakfast options like a waffle maker, the location was very convenient

It would have been great if it had a bit more kid friendly options like waffles or pancakes - we were there for 6 nights so breakfast at the hotel would have been a bit more convenient if we had this option, instead we had to go out. Towels were consistently not available - we had to check, re-check and triple check at all different hours just to get towels.

The location and price.

The 2am screaming coming from the pool area... The back door was held open by a wet floor sign... Not safe... Near the hotels elevator... Most hotels have pool hours and they never go beyond 10-11pm Definitely not to 2am. Only one elevator working... No carts available... Had to make several trips to the front and I went out to get food... When I came back neither card key worked. It went red... Once again I had to go back downstairs to get the keys fixed. . I just felt inconvenienced the entire trip.

excellent customer service & happily accepted my large dog. the hotel was clean and comfortable.

i wish it were simpler to check out early even if booked through a 3rd party like booking.com. i’m still hoping to be reimbursed for nights i didn’t stay. there is a pending reimbursement on my cc statement so (remaining optimistic) as soon as that clears i will definitely be 100% satisfied with my stay.

Seems they are remodeling some king sized rooms. I got upgraded to a suite! Made our stay that much better. We usually don't have a living room area.

Confused at booking that there was a charge for the "complimentary " breakfast. I didn't pay extra for it! We only drink coffee anyway. I wasn't hassled about it so maybe it was a booking.com mistake.

check in was ok and the room was very clean and smelled fresh, housekeeping was regular, staff was quite friendly and helpful, the bed was comfy and sufficient linen and towels provided

Breakfast could be more extensive, wider variety of fruits, juices and vegetables

Room was super clean,Bed was very comfortable,Dish tv,a very nice room& very clean lobby.

Someone tried to enter my room twice within a 10 minute timeframe,by trying to insert their room key into my door. Also one of the bathroom doors hinges,the left door to be exact was off completely,and a screw was left on floor I went to front desk to report it,the lady at the desk stated that it would be fixed that morning,it wasn't fixed by time i checked out at 10:30am.
