I really liked staying at the hotel. Check in was easy and they allowed me to check in early. Staff was accommodating and helped print some documents since the business center printer was out of ink. They were also very helpful in locating a lost item I had left in my room. The lounge cocktails were great. My only complaint was the little market could include more items especially since the nearest store was over half a mile away.

While it is across the park - it is not very walkable to convenience stores and other restaurants

I did love the location and I loved that the hotel had a bar in it. I loved that restaurants were in walking distance. It was a nice and clean hotel. My sister always complimented the smell every time we walked through the lobby.

I did not like that there was only paid parking for those who stay in the hotel. I feel as though it should be included in the hotel cost.

I liked that the room I purchased was spacious and it came with a couch. I also liked that the room had complementary water. I liked the shower as well. I liked that I could also see Cascades park from my window. The staff was very nice as well and allowed my needs that were asked was handled very professionally as well. I liked the TV settings as well. I liked the fridge that was in the room. Had a lot of charging ports to charge my electronics as well. I also liked that they had espresso in the morning with vanilla wafers and complementary lavender to help guest relax for better sleep.

I didn’t like that the room didn’t have a microwave. I also didn’t like that the didn’t have enough hygiene on stand by inside the room as well. More water maybe snack’s could also be included as well as a suggestion.

Location was great. Park behind hotel. Walking distance to the Capital. Staff was friendly.

$35 to valet Park. Booking.com "breakfast included " hotel said was only 2 adults....hotel did end up giving me coupons to cover kiddos. But $18.50 each for breakfast....breakfast was not that great. It was plated nicely but it was less that what most hotels provide for free....no waffles, no hot food except eggs

it didn’t have a Microwave , had to pay for parking , and the staff didn’t tell his about nothing inside the building at all , like the bar or breakfast we had to asked where everything was at .Really need to work on people skills. But the valet guys was nice & security

great location - great staff and great rooms

Charlie Park was a nice looking restaurant but we reserved for an early dinner ahead of my sons graduation only to find they don’t open their kitchen until later. having no other options, we ended up eating from a very limited and overpriced appetizer menu. staff was I’ll informed but helpful.

The view from our balcony was fine. you could see the park if you went to the railing, but otherwise it was just a view of the apartments next door. The staff were super helpful though and were a joy to deal with. The room was clean and I loved the set up of the bathroom.

The cost seems a bit high, but you are staying in likely the nicest hotel in Tallahassee.

The location of the facility was excellent. There are several nice restaurants in the area and a walking path/park. Being Downtown and near in town activities was plus as well.

Unfortunately early Sunday morning a shooting took place. The hotel staff tried to reassure me that this was not a normal occurrence because the hotel has only been opened for a few months. It was quite disturbing. I mentioned this to the staff and the promised that I would be contacted by management and compensated for my inconvenience.

Definitely worth giving a try. Very friendly staff and luxury like rooms. Now I wish I had known about the rooms facing Cascade park as they get to see a beautiful view. And you're close to all of the stadiums. Worth every penny

Didn’t like the breakfast - not a lot of variety and not the typical breakfast I like (eggs, toast, breakfast meat, cereal). And it was a bit expensive. The other thing was the floors were quite dirty? I couldn’t walk barefoot or my feet would turn black
