Originally, I booked this hotel for its proximity to FSU. I was able to walk everywhere and did not require a car rental. It is very clean and spacious, and the service is top-notch. I loved the restaurant and speedy room service in the morning. However, the most incredible feature of this hotel is its caring staff. My son and I were getting extremely delayed with our flight home and were stuck in the lobby for hours. They provided us with so many complimentary amenities out of the goodness of their heart, in all of my years of travel, I have never experienced anything like that. Southern hospitality on a whole new level. I will never stay anywhere else during my future trips to FSU. Thank you, Indigo!!!

Nothing. 10/10 all around!

The location was great we walked to lunch and dinner. Brewery down the road. Hotel for the most part was clean our room did have a smell to it I believe it was the rug they had in there, most staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was great and the bar was amazing the girl that was there that weekend was so helpful and sweet.

Didn’t like you could not have an extra blanket “hotel doesn’t provide” the lady was very rude when I was so shocked there was not an extra blanket out of an entire hotel that could be given. (The ONLY person out of our entire stay that was ugly) everyone else was so wonderful! It would have been nice to have a mini refrigerated In our room. (Never stayed where one wasn’t in a room)

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I received a complimentary drink card for my guest and I upon check in which was a nice surprise! The staff was friendly and super helpful. Loved the view from the balcony on the 7th floor! I even received a text during my stay to check and make sure everything was ok. I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel soon!

It would have been nice to have free parking in the parking garage instead of on the street in front of the hotel. Complimentary breakfast would also have been a plus since the room was a bit expensive.

Great location for visiting FSU and eating good food within walking distance. Wonderful staff.

To get the spotlights off over the beds required us to switch off the nightstand lights...kind of a weird setup. And they could use a couple USB ports by the beds. Small matter, not really a full on complaint: Dinner menu was good reading but some things were unavailable. I know fresh and local are hard to be consistently available and I DID appreciate the staff making a special pasta for my dinner to make up for the missing pesto! Again, great folks throughout.

The curb divider as you pull out of the drive, poor planning, remove it because you can’t see it. Several cars have driven over it and damaged their cars! Cars like the Toyota Avalon and Lexus 350 sit low and have a longer hood also the lighting under the entrance is poor during the day contributing to not seeing the divider. Perhaps if the city doesn’t let you remove put a large 4 ft high planter pot and flowers So it is more visible.

Room lay-out is as good as any I've seen. Not a huge room but had a good work space (desk), sofa and fridge. Bed very comfortable and shower was large with excellent water pressure.

Price was high for what not including either a breakfast or evening cocktail hour. Ate in restaurant and they were out of 2 items that we wanted. It was determined one item was out after we ordered. Staff was apologetic and comped a drink. Replacement item never made it to the table. Staff, however, handled situation well.

The friendliness of the staff was great, from the check-in (Leah), to the manager (Gloria), who was so kind to make us aware of the rooftop area. The location also is a plus as it is close to College Town and student apartments.

There was a funky smell in the lobby. It could have been that there were a lot of families with pets coming in and out. I would suggest maybe using a different cleaner or odorizer.

The staff was amazing. They made us feel so welcomed and cared for. They went out of their way to help us understand the area and gave great advice. The restaurant was just what was needed. Simple menu and kind waiters.

I would have appreciated easy access to a microwave ...even if it isn't in my room...but that really isn't a big issue

The staff was amazing!!! Very helpful at all times.

The only thing was the room didn’t seem completely clean. I went to make myself some coffee and when I lifted the mug that was upside Down, there was a ring of coffee and the mug was dirty. The shower seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned all the way.

The staff is extremely friendly especially Dave the bartender! And it’s a great location and hotel

It’s not super clean. Again the coffee mugs in my room had old coffee when I lifted them to make mine. Also, it’s very humid in the room. The A/C works but everything feels almost wet.
