Layout of facility, more than just one way in and out as this can be a very busy area depending on time of day, year, season, etc. Staff was exceptional, very pleasant, helpful, knowelegable of the area and just overall very welcoming. MGR. Mike was also helpful with booking a future stay for me and my family.

Lot of outside road noise, understand this is a college town and a busy area for the most part, so I can overlook a portion of it but with knowing this maybe consider installing sound proof windows? Or perhaps double sealing the windows? Something you can hear the outside stuff no matter where in the room you are, even the bathroom. I've stayed in multiple Hamptons in multiple states and don't recall paying a nightly parking fee!! I get the idea behind it but honors members should NOT be charged this extra fee! Pass that on to out of state visitors and non members. At the very least make it one flat rate not $15.00 per night then charge taxes on top of it!! That's Ridiculous. Make the stay more enjoyable for your long time loyal members.

Absolutely nothing! It is down the road from our daughter‘s new apartment where she goes to college in Tallahassee. We booked here to move her out of the other apartment and the price was fair. We would’ve stayed here again for move-in week, but the price was double, so they obviously gouge a bit when they know parents are coming up. I hate to see what it will be for parents weekend… We will stay somewhere else. But if the pricing is fair, this is a Great Place with an excellent location in college town.

We got upgraded to a larger room and the room was wonderful. Clean and and spacious. It was a great space to come back to at the end of the day.

Parking on site was an extra fee. Didn't expect of or need that on this trip. The TV only rotated halfway towards the bed or couch. Location seemed inconvenient to get to other areas of Tallahassee.

Firstly, there's a car park directly infront of the hotel which was great. Secondly, there is a pool and towels, gym etc, all great. Checking in was good too, staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Strangely no safe, the only hotel out of 7 that we stayed in without a safe. Also, no bar, which was odd. Had to pop to the petrol station to get a drink. Doubly strange, no restaurant for food in the evening, so out to the pizza place for food. A lovely hotel, but let down by no safe, no bar, no food!

No safe in the room. No bar to be able to get a drink, we'd driven 6 hours. No restaurant for food in the evening. It didn't spoil our stay because there are places around it, but as we'd driven a long while, we would have liked just to get a drink when we arrived.

Breakfast was good. Location was super convenient to FSU and I like that we could walk to the Publix Greenwise. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly.

Having curtains that blocked the sunlight would be good- it was full daylight in the room at 7. An alarm clock and noise machine would have been helpful.

Good location, clean big room, nice hotel. A bit pricy

I did not like booking policy on dates I wanted to modify my stay and I was told I would loose all my money if I try to change the date or try to cancell For that reason I am not going to use booking.com in the future. It's absurd policy. Also I tried to reach customer service. Lady called me back from Netherlands , barely spoke English.

The gym was very clean and well appointed. I was able to work out each day of my stay. The rooms were large and the lobby/breakfast area was very comfortable.

The area can be a bit noisy, but there is nothing that can be done about that. The pool is next to the parking lot

Cleanliness of the room was exceptional! I like that it had a walk-in shower rather than a tub, but overall the entire facility was clean and well maintained. The toiletries provided in the room was a great brand, and the hotel provided anything we may of missed when packing which is a plus.

The staff was cheerful, the rooms were clean, good breakfast selection. Hotel was walking distance to campus, mainly the College of Music, which we were there for.

It is at an intersection with some night spots, so it was a little noisy. We also had trouble with the a/c keeping the room cool enough to sleep.

Close to FSU. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was very well kept.

The room was overall clean but there were 2 items of trash from the previous guests on the floor under the nightstand and right behind my headboard so this was a bit off putting.
