2 adults, 1 child in a double room. Chose this hotel based on other reviews and it’s about 15 mins away from the Children’s Surgery Center where we had an early appointment (we live two hours away). Beds were firm, comfortable. Blanket and pillows were great. Room was updated, didn’t see any bugs, could’ve had a cleaner floor but I wear shoes regardless of how clean it looks in a hotel. Water was hot and good water pressure. Breakfast had a lot of options: three types of cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, etc. plus juice, coffee, & milk. When I went down for breakfast (7:20am on a Tuesday), I was the only one there which was awesome. Pool looked nice but didn’t use it. Wawa is right across the street, a Walmart and Target plus other shopping and food very close by. Staff was nice. Perfect for our occasion.

There weren’t any washcloths in the bathroom. I really can’t think of anything else.

Location, excellent. Rooms were comfortable, as well as the bathroom. Good size, nice and clean. Very helpful personnel in general. Quite location.

The 4th floor is noise, some weird Tennants. I have to request to change room, gave a room in the second floor, quiet area. Breakfast can be better for the price of the room. Was ok.

The rooms were comfortable, the only thing I would fix is maybe putting more art on the walls and an area rug to help with the echo in the room.

The airport shuttle was great, but was a little scary cause I could feel the breaks being worn and everytime the driver braked I could smell something bad! It made me nervous.

LACK OF TOWELS AND PILLOWS WHICH THE COUNTER PERSON SAID THERE WAS NO MORE TO GIVE.

Front staff was friendly. Noise was very minimal.

I didn't like that the room wasn't fully clean. There was what appeared to be vomit on the side of the bed dresser. I had to asked for service and the housekeeping staff although friendly was very rushed in cleaning our room.

Location is perfect. You are next to some of the major roads in tampa.

Wish you could turn left on Benjamin Rd. coming from Waters. It’s a yellow double triple line thing. That this is the only gripe I have should tell you the hotel is solid!

My dad and I stayed here to checkout Tampa before and after we went to the Buccs game and it was great! Everything we wanted to to was about 15-20 minutes away at the most!

The only problem we ran into is our key card kept not working, but all we had to do was go to the desk and they reset them for us.

The amenities and two staff members at the front desk. The morning breakfast woman. Much appreciated to her.

How dirty the hot tub was and the pool. Had to clean it ourselves. Jacuzzi doesn't work and it was like Taking a warm bath outside.

The front desk staff at this property are phenomenal. They are professional, personable, dependable and diligent, these are qualities that do the Radisson brand proud. The property is beautifully suiitated and well maintained. I have enjoyed repeated stays here and recommend it highly to friends and family when they come in town.

Nothing not to like here, except possibly the elevator wait time if that counts.

Employees were excellent and breakfast was pretty good.

It was pretty good. Employees and service were wonderful. We did find a bug crawling up our wall (roach), but we looked to see if there were more and didn't find any behind the bed and picture frames, etc. It was on our 2nd day so it was a little uncomfortable knowing there may have been more during the night. I know this happens in hotels because of so many people in and out. But still, I'm paranoid now! The place is pretty clean, but not completely sure I would pay this much for here again. I'm sorry if I turn anyone away from here but I look at reviews and would want someone to tell me.
