Very clean

The property was basic.

clean, your lady at the desk was very nice and she allowed us to celebrate our grandson’s birthday in the dining area.

the breakfast. we were there an hour before it closed and the omelettes were gone replaced by scrambled eggs that weren’t tasty. may have been egg substitute. also didn’t like they only had turkey sausage. I am annoyed when people force you to eat what they think is healthy and don’t offer an alternative. disappointing. my grandson didn’t eat because nothing appealed to him. he wanted the omelette. also don’t like there was no bathtub. we had a baby to bathe and a 4 year old. not everyone takes showers. don’t like getting my hair wet or damp.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff.. Lady at reception was promptly communicating with me answering questions and organising transport for all 23 of us. Rooms were clean with very comfortable beds. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Nothing to dislike.

I loved the decor of the entire hotel (lobby and rooms).

My shower door would not stay closed during my shower. I had to use wet wash cloths to stop it from rolling open. Posting a daily breakfast menu the night before would be helpful. I woke up early for breakfast and the only meat option was eckridge smoked sausage.

Hotel is exceptionally clean! Staff was very pleasant and we enjoyed the room. The beds are VERY comfortable. Breakfast was great! My only issue is the area, it wasn't overly close to shopping or a lot of restaurants and such and a tire place is next door making it look a bit run down. They are remodeling the outside of the hotel, which i think will help. If you're outside, you'll see and hear the planes but you cant hear them in your room thankfully. Otherwise, its a very nice property and I would happily stay again bc despite the location, it was motivating to leave and drive around and explore Tampa.

Just the location and the run down appearance of the business next door causing the hotel to look run down. In conjunction with the hotel outside remodeling, maybe some curb appeal, IE flowers and trees, could be thought of for the hotel so it makes it look less dreary.

Had some noisy times but nothing that would make me not stay again. Also definitely would have been better to have a smart TV instead of the standard 20 channels

The check in and out was fast easy. Breakfast was very nice.

The loud airplanes. Taylor Swift concert was happening the weekend we stayed so rooms were very expensive

the check out is at 11 am, but the staff was very nice and helpful, she let us stay until 12. make sure you see it when booking, I didn’t pay attention.

Everything was amazing, the staff were super nice, gave us bottled water for the room, the room was super clean, definitely will stay at again

The staff was great and friendly. The hotel was very clean considering there was renovations going on. It was a decent experience for the whole family. Including my Autistic grandson that had a ball.

Had an outlet that didn't work but maintenance was able to temporarily fix with a 3way plug. And they were out of things like cream cheese for bagles and peppered gravey. The chair in the room for the desk was hard and not to comfortable. One thing that could hurt you is the restaurants around you were horrible and that could hurt your return business.
