The location, cleanliness and it was a luxury hotel.

Air conditioning is not as expected and there is a smoking smell coming from the A/C, with no action been taken from Hotel staff. Such a thing will affect me and specially I have infant with me. Also, when I checked out I have been charged $78.38 with no reason and they feedback that was only a hold in my account for meals although my rooms was booked with breakfast included.

Hotel staff were very welcoming. Restaurants were great. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Unfortunately the accessibility of the hotel is poorly thought out. As a wheelchair user I could not access the front of the hotel independently. The hoist for the pool had not been maintained, the automatic door to the rear of the hotel didn't work and I couldn't reach the shower products which were attached on the shower wall away from the shower bench.

It was roomy, quiet, and clean. Bed was ok. Bedding very nice. Bathroom was nice size. Room a little dated, especially with what we were paying.

The little bridge over the coi pond was flooded during the rain, and I unfortunately walked through the water to get to my room, 2022, in the Casitas.They were new, expensive shoes. My husband spoke to the Hyatt manager and he waved the parking and resort fee and subtracted $100. off our bill. That was ok, but that area by the coi pond needs to be fixed, before someone slips and falls.

Nice hotel that is clean. The staff was nice and friendly as well. The grounds were lovely and food at Oyster Catchers was delicious.

The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. Maybe too new I don't know but bed was very hard and pillows were super stiff. Also. I upgraded online to get a bay view as I read that was a "must" when we arrived there was none available so we had a view of the airport and parking garage.

pool bar wasn’t fully stocked (no Tito’s?!?) and wine selection was limited due to stocking issues at both pool bar and main lobby restaurant. I don’t like food ordered poolside delivered in a to go box…… would be nice if that could be delivered normally

Huge hotel with good facilities. Two pools (albeit both on the small side) with loungers/umbrellas. A pool side bar, beach area and waters ports to hire (kayaks/paddleboards). Nice walkway around the hotel and surrounding water that leads to a pavilion. Excellent gym with showers/sauna/lockers. Friendly staff. Our room was ready even though we turned up at midday.

Room was a bit tired, had a few marks here and there and chips on bathroom door however this would not stop me from staying again as everything else about the hotel was great.

Location was great. Close to airport (without hearing air planes), close to expressway to get everywhere we wanted to go. Room was clean and comfortable. Great view. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Restaurant Breakfast menu was small. Dinner menu included lobster macaroni & cheese for $38. I wanted a smaller side dish they wouldn’t do it. It would have been nice if they had an indoor pool. It rains often in Florida. Never got to use the pool.

The room and facilities were very clean and well kept. All of the staff were extremely welcoming especially Dave upon check in Friday evening 4/22 and Rahmona our server in the lobby bar/lounge Friday night and Saturday.

The pool area seemed a little neglected, loose bricks around the area. The 2nd pool out by Oyster Catchers was not properly staffed for the number of people who were there on Saturday 4/23.

This was a "get away for the night and not have to drive far", stay for my husband and I. We just like to hang out, eat, drink, just relax. The bar was nice, we had lunch there sitting at a table. Later, we sat at the bar and had a bite to eat. Nothing fancy, but we didn't want fancy. Friendly staff. We live locally, so water views are nice, but we see water all the time. Although our room had a great view of the garage roof, it also had a great view of the city, and we enjoyed watching the planes taking off and landing from TIA. The walking trail was nice, as well. If you're not from the area, I can see where you'd really enjoy it.

The only negative thing I have to say, is that the water pressure was not even good. It was basically a trickle. Some things I can deal with, but no water pressure is not one of them.

the property has a nice feel. my son loved the pool area and water sports. the casitas are nice. good car parking near the casitas. friendly staff. oystercatchers is nice

very close to the airport / under the flight path, quite noisy. The room was clean to an extent, few large cobwebs and don’t think they regularly clean under the furniture, esp bathroom sink cabinet. The pool area seemed to have a drainage issue.
