we only stayed for a night, but the staff members we met were wonderful and very helpful! the room was large and very clean

beds were firm and squeaky, could benefit from a mattress topper, pillows were super thin.

The staff was awesome! He made us feel so welcome and shared great vibes. The hotel has a great location close to the beach and offers a free shuttle within 5 miles (includes the airport too). Very easy and reliable, the driver shared the same great vibe and a lot of things are available in the 5 mile radius. Another great thing is, that we didn’t have to pay for anything on top. They offered free breakfast, a free Happy Hour mon-thu with drinks and snacks and the room was super big with a well equipped kitchen. The area seems safe and peaceful, the view is great too. Definitely great for a carefree peaceful trip.

Everything was perfectly fine with the property. Only a tip about the beachchoice: we were not a fan of the Ben T Davis Beach, so of you have a car, we would highly recommend the honeymoon island beach. Only $7 entrance and magically beautiful

Location was good, near the airport and there is restaurant walking distance nearby. Shuttle to the airport :) Front desk was very friendly, I believe his name was Jake :) I was in room 812 I believe. The room was clean and had plenty of room. Yes, the place is old but okay. The bed sheets are oId and could be updated. I wish that the TV was closer to the bed. The room I had was nice and quiet, away from noise and I had a good parking space. I actually stayed there for a second night the next week, the same room when I returned back from Panama City. My flight then got canceled because the hurricane and I wanted to stay there another night, but they evacuated everyone out.

Could use updated sheets and blankets.

The staff were very helpful. the room and bed were comfortable, the location ideal, and it was excellent value for money.

Whilst the breakfast was good value for money,, the breakfast room was a little small for the number of people that wanted to use it. I arrived after dark, and had trouble finding the venue. If it wasn't for Briannia ( I hope that I spelt her name correctly) I'm not sure that I would have found it. She was exceptionally helpful.

Nice self contained appartments - very large with sofa and kitichette. Yes it could do with a refurb, but everthing was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was ok. Social hour 5.30 to 6.30 was a very nice touch by the owners (nibbles and a beer). Close to airport. Pretty good value for money.

No hot water for shower in the evening, but was running fine in the morning.

The hotel staff, Jake in particular, was very friendly. They hotel offered a complimentary breakfast and dinner each day. They had a njce pool area and the room we stayed in was very large.

Our room didnt get any housekeeping services for the 5 days we were there. The garbage piled up quickly. Friends of ours had their room cleaned regulary.

2 bedroom is actually a mezzanine room, and we had someone on the sofa bed in the lounge, so felt a bit 'open' Breakfast was ok. Nothing special, but filled us up for a few hours

Everyone was so warm and kind and so helpful from Susan, Laurie, Ramone, Julio, Jake, and the 2 young front desk girls, Jose and the Lovely Breakfast lady Just Amazing! I came alone for a Bikini competition and they made me feel like I was at home and I appreciate the whole facility for making this such a positive warm experience!!!! God Bless you all🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Hotel is conveniently located. Staff for both check in and out were great and very helpful. The rooms have some wear and tear. Overall they were clean and met all of our needs. I was in an accessible room and it was very spacious.

The shower area specifically the soap holders looked old and dirty I think the design was to have a little holes in it but it just looks like it’s accumulated dirt and it looked very dirty.

That they’re their own little private rooms and we didn’t have to go on an elevator and we we weren’t trapped with a bunch of people all at once everything’s open until you get into your own room

And there’s not a lot of parking so if you leave and come back later on in the afternoon the parking that you had is gone and you have to walk quite a while to get to where you’re going but I understand there’s nothing that can be controlled
