The location and room was awesome. I had a wonderful view of the Riverwalk.

The hot water was not working well at all. There were roaches at night.

Hotel was close to the Riverwalk, downtown but also provided a free shuttle if we needed to get somewhere farther. Shuttle staff was excelent and recommended the Armiture Works, which we found very cool.

We were only there for 2 nights, so there wasn't much to not like. the only complaint was the walls between rooms weren't very sound proof. Our neighbors were pretty loud the first night.

Smooth check-in process. Although I didn't need to, it seems like the shuttle service is quite good and open to guests' necessities.

I felt the bathroom could've been cleaner; this may be because the bathrooms seem old.

Loved the location and pool.

The restraunt food was very okay but cocktails were good. The showers hot water was inconsistent.

Breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the nearby river walk.

There was plenty of parking when we arrived, and there were luggage carts available. Parking is charged to the room at $10 a night. Check in was very straightforward. We were asked if we wanted a river or city room. We chose river view. The room was spacious with very comfortable bed linen and pillows. The bathroom was well stocked with good quality toiletries. All staff were polite and courteous and the room and hotel were very clean. There is breakfast available at the on-site restaurant. The choices were 'breakfast box number 1, 2, 3 etc', and I'm not sure if this changed as a result of Covid. The food was of a high quality and we enjoyed what we chose. There are limited nearby restaurants, even along the Riverwalk. We would stay here again.

Close to river walk and lot of restaurants. Free shuttle from hotel to lot of close by attractions like aquarium.(Less than 2 miles). Clean rooms, good swimming pool and ample space for parking.

They should provide break fast...

I appreciate that the website has all the necessary information you might need for your stay (i.e., parking, checkin-ckeckout times, breakfast situation, etc). Everything is clear. The rooms themselves were pretty good and quite spacious with typical features. Nice bed, stand for your baggage, good TV, many towels, mini fridge. I liked the lighted mirror. The parking is affordable and very convenient. The staff were friendly as well. The hotel is located by the riverwalk, which was nice for strolls. Even though I did not need it this time, the little mini-market can be convenient.

We did not manage to make coffee using the machine available in our room; it seems that the cups provided were too small for the machine. The bathroom, in particular, could be better cleaned, but it was ok. The pool was nothing special.

The staff was very friendly. The shuttle would take you and pick you up anywhere in a 2 mile radius which made our trip a lot easier.

We did realize there was a mouse that was getting into our drawers.
