Room, Temperature, and Breakfast were all superb. Other amenities looked great but we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy. Would love to eat in the restaurant and swim in the pool next time. Both looked very inviting.

Time we waited on elevator. Though there we two there only one was ever operational. Closed the entire time of our stay. No signs that indicated status. Would also enjoy a location map, both for the hotel and one for the surrounding area.

Awesome full breakfast (hot bar, eggs, sausage, breads/pastries, cereal, yogurt, custom omelets, oatmeal bar, coffee/tea/juices). Room was comfortable with separate sitting room. High floor so I was away from street traffic. Evening reception with free drinks was great. Nice room with good beds, microwave and fridge. Quiet (most important for me!). I needed a fan, and they the maintenance person who brought it was very courteous. I forgot several toiletries and needed to ask the front desk, who were very accommodating and supplied them free. Easy access to shoreline walking trail and right in front of the trolley stop. About 0.5 mile (maybe less) to a small grocery store.

Slow elevators. A/C system a little odd (turns off when out of room somehow). Hotel entrance difficult to find (it looks like a service alley behind some bushes, tell your Uber driver that it faces the trolley stop!)

Originally booked for a conference for 6 nights. However due to the hurricane we had to evacuate so I only stayed one night. Upon my EARLY arrival, The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had to wait for hours in the lobby before checking in at their earliest availability and they gave me access to enjoy the breakfast which was really good. My room was clean. overall I felt safe. Location is convenient! Taste restaurant was good food and service.

Extremely minor wear and tear rug stains and minor fixtures. That’s it.

First and foremost Rob was exceptional at the guest check in desk. He notified us on everything the hotel has to offer and what events they were having. Rob made everything comfortable and smooth with check in. we drove from Georgia on a 5 1/2 hour drive and he made sure we were able to check in early. Rob is the best

The valet parking was a surprise. Also the cleaning service was upon request. We did have to keep asking and calling for more clean towels and face clothes. With it being the summer the elevators did take long when checking out.

Location was great. Trolley stop right out front. Close to food and other attractions. Breakfast and happy hour included. Valet parking quick and convenient. Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable. Shower was hot and had good pressure.

One elevator broken down which made for long elevator waits. Needs remodel. Paint job very sloppy. Breakfast foods free, but not very tasty. No flavored coffee creamers. Bathroom had a musty odor. Had to request extra towels, only provided 3 towels for a room reserved for 4 people.

I have to gripe about this valet situation. It's probably not the first time you've heard about it. But it's a very broken system. Like really broken. Maybe it has to do with the amount of space here, but most of it appears to be a communication problem. The front doesn't seem to know what the back is doing. A walkie talkie would fix some of it, but until someone really pays attention to the structure of it, your customers will continue to wait countless hours to get in and out of their cars. I'm pushing being late for a evening cruise that's 45 minutes away. Not happy. I know this is a third-party valet company. If I were Embassy, I would really consider another company.

We were attending a hockey game at Amalie Arena, so the location was absolutely perfect. The room was very clean and the hotel is pretty inside.

The air conditioning was not working well. Thermostat in the room is really just for looks since the a/c is climate controlled from downstairs. Never could get the room cooled down. Pulled the sleeper sofa out to check it out - that mattress was so old and thin and lumpy - there is no way anyone could actually sleep on it. The extreme poor condition of the mattress on the pull out sofa was shocking.

The Facility is very nice and location was by the water so we could look out our room window and see all the boats & yachts. The free breakfast was very good, we really enjoyed !

The parking is Valet only for $35 which is fine but Valet was very unorganized. They was not able to locate our car at first, and then to contact valet you suppose to scan QR code and/ or text a number, which again would be fine and convenient but it was not working so we had to go down to valet and request our car and wait.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful , very convenient and clean. The room was AMAZING. Breakfast was very good as well, loved the omelette bar !

There was a special dance convention in some of the 2nd floor meeting rooms and that event went way past 10pm, the music was extremely loud and carrying up due to the shape of the hotel with the opened atrium. Might consider ending those kind of events earlier for the comfort of all the hotel guests. We had a suite, so we closed the bedroom door and it helped muffle out the sounds to some more reasonable level.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Great location to the arena. Nice comfortable rooms with a refrigerator.

Two of the four elevators were not working. Made for long backups. Come on! I understand one being out but two of the four? And not fixed during the three days I was there. Not good for your guests. Also the toilet did not flush very well.
