The rooms in the location of the hotel were nice. Loved that they had a valet service. The valet’s were super friendly and great.

Had the same front desk lady for check in and check out and she was not very friendly. She looked like she was on her phone for most of her shift. She wasn’t very personable. She made checking in and checking out and unpleasant experience. She just seemed bothered her for her having to do her job. The shower floors were dirty and stained. Looks like they could use a good washdown. The bedsheets had stains on it as well.

The toilet had overflowed and I went down to the front desk and instead of giving me a new room at that time, I was told to go back upstairs and call down to the front desk and then they would send someone up with a new key. I did this and waited in the hallway for about 20min with all of our luggage because at this point toilet water was all over the floor in my room. A very nice man did come up with a new room key but I didn’t think the wait was necessary especially since I had gone down to the front desk myself. We were provided a new room and it the stay was comfortable, I was just put off by being told to go back into a toilet water filled room to make a call to the desk I was already at for a new room.

Price was on the high side. No convenient parking and parking was expensive.

The facility was very clean and the employees were pleasant.

The toilet in the bathroom was very low and hard to get up. It was lower than even the standard height of a normal toilet. My daughter and I were afraid we might fall trying to get up. I hope this will be corrected before someone might fall. It was room 316.

The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and the location was fantastic! The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

Though not the hotels fault, apparently everyone in downtown Tampa has equipped their vehicles with glass tail pipes so the sound reverberated around the room. But after 11pm either I was sleeping hard or the traffic greatly decreased.

The property was centrally located in downtown Tampa. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was the perfect size, the room was accommodating and the tv choices were great.

The fact that we were charged $22 per night for valet parking which was never disclosed to us in advance. We also left a ball cap behind and they wanted to charge us $35 to ship in back to us. We literally live two hours away. There was no way we were paying more then the ball caps worth to have it shipped. The front desk had no suggestions for restaurants or events on Christmas Day. Other then that is was a great stay.

I didn’t get a chance to order breakfast however the gentleman who checked me in provided me information for complementary breakfast. The location was great close to work parking was hectic $30 a night but other than that was ok

I was in a room on the 1 floor so lots of traffic I pre selected a king bed and when I got to the hotel the only one left was on the first floor I noticed the rugs were torn and ripped at the edges with white stuff on it not sure what that was.

The price of the room was too high! I know the prrice was raised due to Conclave. The price of snacks was very expensive. $5 for a Twix and $4 for a Soda

very well maintained , exactly what the photos promised. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, room was spacious & well furnished . The staff were all extremely friendly, the hotel bar was very relaxing & the bartender was very helpful with local places

Their valet parking charge is $30 & the pay by plate parking for a day during the week is only $13.35, weekend rate about the same.

This particular Courtyard has a great location, within walking distance of a park, museums, restaurants, etc. It's also very clean and appointed in modern ways.

I had no complaints whatsoever.
