they just have two carts for luggage it is a big hotel so if you are lucky maybe you can find one every hour available and they don’t have people to help you with the bags either, there is no parking we have to do valet and they just had one guy with 5 parties leaving at the same time so we waited 1 hr to get our car and we did because my husband went with the valet guy to the garage and get the car by himself very bad organization

Everything! From the guest service to the property itself! I took my wife to see her favorite band for her 40th birthday, and every aspect is amazing! The young man who worked the evening shift at the front desk, as well as everyone else, was amazing! Thank you guys! - the goth couple Jeremiah Saint and Tara Ryze

There wasn't anything not to like!

I liked that there was an option for valet parking. It cost around $35 daily but worth it. The room was close to everything I had in mind to do. Great area. My needs were accommodated.

I did not like the first room we were put in. It was so small to cost me $1,000. My bedroom is bigger then the room they put us in. The window was too high up, so there was no view. The staff was very understanding when I explained that I didn’t feel the room was worth that much, and moved me to a different room that had a little more space with a pool view. The problem with the hotel is ALL of the rooms look different due to it being an old court house. So what is pictured may not be what you are getting and that could be good or bad.

Great centralized location within walking distance of restaurants. Unique historic building with preserved character yet modern amenities.

Great shower just wish the water may have been hotter. Towels and bath amenities were great. Could have used a robe but may be something you need to request. Still a great place to stay.

I really enjoyed the front desk staff and manager allowing us to get a preferred room at the last minute they really went out of their way bravo !

The waiter at the restaurant was very rude and unprofessional. We have been long-time guest of this hotel and We have never encountered such unprofessional service ! As well as attitude . What a shame for such a beautiful hotel.. They should take better care of the restaurant staff they hire it reflects poorly on a otherwise outstanding hotel .

centrally located and safe from the hurricane.

nothing in the room—no coffee pot, no microwave, not even a chair! really horrible amenities for the price. don’t know what it is normally but it seemed like it was raised for evacuees from the hurricane.

We live in Clearwater and wanted to get away for the weekend without traveling for hours. So we booked at Le Méridien, arriving on Friday afternoon and leaving on Sunday. What a great hotel! Beautiful interior, great staff, including the valet parkers, who usually are overlooked in reviews. We didn't want to do anything special in the area, as it's pretty familiar to us. We just wanted to hang out and relax. Just wandering around, looking at the beautiful architecture was fun. We had several wonderful meals at Bizou Brasserie, and also spent many hours hanging out the adjacent bar.

The only things I could say that we didn't care for was the size of our room. Pretty small and the window was not at eye level so there wasn't anything to see. Also the water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low. These are minor for the time and reason we were there. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room.

Very cool building

The high internal window was a bit annoying but still sort of cool and I would hate to change it and ruin the building design. What you could change is sound proofing around the doors. The halls are extremely loud and echoey and I felt like people where trying to break into my room when they were going into their own rooms. The is a gap at the bottoms of the door which could use sound proofing.

Room was very clean and quiet the bed was super comfy Had to walk to the lobby for coffee The restaurant is very nice Quality hotel

Needs a Keurig coffee machine in the room

No coffee pot in room, area when you arrive is so close to corner curb which I find to be dangerous, no availability to self park (must use valet services and having additional parking cost per night).
