Breakfast was okay. I'm a coffee drinker & the coffee left a lot to be desired. Just not good tasting.

Lighting in parking lot, particularly at back of building, needs to be improved for late night arrivals

Incredibly close to MOSI, Adventure Island, and Busch Gardens!! Tons of places to eat within a five minute drive down the road. Service desk associates were very kind, and they offered cold water bottles for free which is GREAT after a long hot day at the parks. Beds are comfy, no allergen liners though so beware. I love the window shades in their hotels, you can blackout the room or use the pretty tree print shades for softer lighting. Fridge in room is tiny, can fit 6 cans and no more. Dominoes pizza delivers straight to your room, which is great! Hotel offers breakfast, similar to other hotels. High in carbs and sugary processed foods such as cereals, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, boiled egg, egg McMuffins, lots of sugary toppings like chocolate chips etc. Apples were the only fruit available, some were open some were wrapped so we left them. Fairfield also offered Silk Oatmilk with a variety of prepacked cereals which is great for people such as myself who cannot do dairy milk. The biggest plus, NO parking fee (at this location) Overall, not bad for the price for a nights stay.

Two shampoo labeled bottles in shower, one conditioner, and no body wash was a bummer. Luckily we were only there for the night. Entire room smelled of soured wine and sweat for a while so we cranked the ac super low to mask it. Also found a step ladder in the bathroom, not sure if a sweaty worker had just fixed the fan, forgot it, and was also the cause of the smell. We put the ladder in the hall and by morning either the smell had faded or we were used to it. Sink light kept strobing and TV would randomly pop and turn off. Not a biggie about the TV because we only watched about an hours worth.

Clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast.

Pool closed and not an attractice outdoor space. The color chosen for rooms and hallways are too cold colors, not inviting nor cozy (dark gray...too dark). A lighter tone of gray would look eay better. I d have liked to have another chair in my room. It had one. We were 3 people in the room.

I have always chosen fairfield by Marriott as they have a good reputation. I was hoping this one would be a good one as we visited Busch Gardens. I was not disappointed! Tyler at the front desk was awesome. He explained and responded to all my concerns and questions. He went above and beyond to make sure we were OK. I even extended my stay an extra night.There was breakfast at 7.It was ok Better than leaving out with an empty stomach.cold eggs though was a no for me. A satisfied customer!

The water in the face basin waS not going down.i met it like that. It's clogged. I had to brush my teeth in my daughters room.Please fix it room 217.

it provided water at no charge

A large group of teenagers(athletes) were present during my stay. overall, they were good but occasionally there was noise in the hallway and they would have too much of a prescience in the breakfast area. The property was fine

The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was disappointing for us. We weren't expecting a grab and go. We thought it would be more like the Comfort Inn where you can actually have eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, make your own waffle, etc. This was prepackaged breakfast sandwiches and instant oatmeal packages with other packaged selections. There was a good variety just not what we were expecting.

A fair one

The smell near the entry was very unpleasant, just like the urine! The name of the hotel is very similar with the other one, we arrived wrong one, had to drive 30 more to here, don’t think we are the only ones.

Staff very friendly and helpful Especially Tyler & Schika.

Had a little problem with the TV but it was resolved. Didn't like the layout of the bathroom. I

As always, I loved everything about this location. It's a straight shot to the destination I'm go to once a month, and the price is usually the best around.

What happened to the free bottles of water?

The hotel was closed to bush gardens and Adventure Island

The room was a little dirty, specially the fridge was dusty around and the inside was dirty like something spilled. The rug have a big red stain like someone drop some juice or something and next to the bed on the floor was one of those red thin straws for coffee.
