Staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome . The bed was super comfortable had a great nights sleep . The room was lovely albeit a bit dated but I know they are updating the resort, It was spotlessly clean too . The breakfast that was included in the price was very good, a great selection of juice, hot drinks, hot food was scrambled egg sausages waffles which were amazing . If we had gone to ihop which is next door that would have cost around $60 Overall for our 1 night stay was very good 5/5

Excellent hotel in a great location. Close to Busch Gardens and fairly close to the Tampa State Fairgrounds, which was why we were in town, for a concert. Lovely clean room with branded toiletries. Great breakfast every morning. Free car parking. I-Hop right next door and other eateries on the main road if you fancied a walk or ideal if you have a car. Laundry facilities on both levels. Fantastic staff, especially Archie who checked us in and was more than accommodating and also the lady who ensured the breakfast was fully stocked each morning. Would 100% recommend this hotel and if I’m ever in Tampa again, would def stay here.

Great location, easy access to highways . Great staff , friendly , very pleasant to help me, answer my questions. Breakfast hours are longer than other hotels. Swimming pool is clean . Easy check out.

We will definitely come back if the owner would polish the rooms : like repainting the wall, clean the air conditioner air vent, maybe shampoo the carpet ? Don’t take me wrong, it is clean , but there is a bit damp smell , it could be the humid weather in summer as well.

The place was nice, the breakfast was included and it was really varied and delicious. There was a coffee maker, with sugar, coffee, cream and mixers, which was really helpful. The staff was friendly and open to provide information about what to do in the neighborhood and in the city. The parking lot is free and plentiful. There is also a swimming pool. There is an Ihop next to the hotel. Check if the taxes are included in your booking when comparing hotel prices. Sometimes they can be charged at the counter. A deposit of 100 dollars (cash or credit card) is compulsory and they will return it to you when checking out.

The carpet could be vacuumed more often, but I think it is an easy issue to solve. If you enter the room and identify the need for it, ask for a maid to quick vacuum it.

It was convenient to Busch Gardens; we were able to rest in the heat of the day and return to the park that night. Nice pool. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. It doesn’t state here or on their website about the $100 security deposit in case something is damaged. That came at a shock. We paid cash and got it back the next morning but it still would have been nice to know ahead of time. Not enough handicap parking.

The front desk clerk was awesome. The lady that prepared the breakfast was really nice and kept the area tidy and replenished. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the pool. It was NOT available and was told that it had not been available for the previous 3 days. I called the day before cxl wld hv been refunded 100% and asked if the pool was available and was told yes. Although the front desk clerk was apologetic, I felt as though I shld hv recd at least a reduction of $25 for the inconvenience.

The pool was NOT available during our one night stay and my girls WERE NOT HAPPY! After driving 10.5 hrs to arrive at the hotel and being disappointed that the pool was not available, my 2 and 4 yr old girls were crying.

Hotel is situated just off high way and about 20 minutes drive to central Tampa. There are supermarkets and restaurants a short drive away. I found this hotel to be much better than the usual roadside motels. Check in was quick and easy with nice staff. Large comfortable room with WIFI, fridge, TV and air conditioning. I asked for room on upper level as I thought it would be quieter as rooms are close to parking and hotel was busy. When I was there it was very quiet at night and sleep quality was good. Breakfast is included and was quite good.

The hotel was in a great location. The room was extra clean with a super comfy bed. The breakfast was also very good with variety of food. The front desk service was excellent; very quick with the check-in and check-out process. I did an extremely late check-in, and the process was very smooth for me. Good prices too. GREAT OVERALL SERVICE!

The fitness center can't be called like that. Machines are not working. Needs an update.

The staff was amazing, very nice. The breakfast was really good. The location was good. They are in the process of renovations. I would definitely stay there again

The room furniture was kind of old and dirty, but like I said, they are in the process of renovating the entire place so I'm excited to see how it's changes the next time we stay there

1- the room was kind of humid. the floor was wet .. 2- there was a strong smell (not bad) in the room. 3- the lady at the reception was upset because I booked online!. she told me the booking doesn’t show in the system now and you need to wait 40-45 min !!. I know she was lying so I told her, no problem I will have dinner and return back. then, immediately, she said give me your name and we finished the checkin !!!!!!!!!!!!
