I usually do not leave reviews. But this one I definitely was going to. The first thing I noticed was how pleasant the front desk attendant was. VERY kind. He gave my children stuffed animals from Busch Gardens. Informed us of the nightly free ice cream. The room was very clean (And I am super weird about cleanliness). Also the breakfast was probably one of the best I have had at a hotel. Plenty to pick from and stuff you’d actually want to eat! And each day it was something different and not the same food each morning. Also the housekeepers nocked on my door to offer to clean or restock anything I may need or replenished. Most you have to go out of your way to ask for towels. Also it is conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and things to do. In other words I would stay again.

Pool was kind of small, and only outdoors.

I liked that the sheets on the bed and the pillow cases were nice and clean. The whole room in general felt good to sleep in. The fitness room was also clean and had a good amount of weights and resistance bands, and more. The breakfast area was big, clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was great! I would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a nice clean bed to sleep in😉

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no toothpaste in the room, good thing I brought mine! They do have Dove hand soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner! Not that small cheap hotel soaps and shampoos 😁

It was very clean, staff was very nice, comfortable beds, available parking and internet was fast. We got a 20% discount for ordering food at Fridays and letting them know about where we were staying.

It was about 20 min from attractions. There was a catholic congregation I believed an event, and when we went to eat dinner at night they showed up and we felt like interrupting when eating as they were doing a speech on the lobby. Also when we went for breakfast they were there too, Lobby was crowded, and it was difficult getting the food because of the huge line and space was not available for sitting. We felt again like interrupting.

Doupe was awesome. We checked in kind of late, but she was right there. No matter what time of night I went to the front counter she was right there, I didn't have to ring a bell to locate her or anything. In my eyes that is a great work ethic to have, I have stayed at hotel's and checked in late but had to wait for them to come from the back somewhere probably asleep. But I appreciate Doupe for her work ethic +10 star rating for her. I really didn't have much interaction with the morning crew but when I walked by for breakfast they made eye contact saying good morning and the checkout process was easy and smooth. The breakfast was ok it wasn't amazing but I didn't go until about 8:30 or 9 so it's fir come first served. The location is great I loved that it was not out in the open and wasn't hard to find. Great spot.

I'm not going to say I disliked anything, but the breakfast could have been better no matter what time I came. The bacon was not cooked completely thru and it said scrambled eggs but they were not. Like I said I don't not like anything just wished the breakfast was better.

The breakfast was very good and the service was great. However, I would have preferred to stay much closer to the USF campus. I chose this location because it was not close to Busch Gardens and I recognized the name of the street, Bruce B. Downs. However, I later realized that the hotel I was looking for was located on Morris Bridge Rd. instead of Fletcher Avenue.

I didn't dislike anything about this hotel. I just hoped to be closer to USF than I was. The hotel I really wanted was off Fletcher Ave and I-75, on Morris Bridge Road.

I liked everything about this place. I had an exceptional experience and highly recommend staying here. Walking in we were greeted and welcomed by the friendly staff at front desk. First thing I immediately noticed was the cleanliness of the lobby and rooms. Housekeeping is doing an amazing job. Kudos to them! The rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. Location of hotel is tucked away from the main road so it’s nice and quiet. Check out was a breeze and their breakfast was delicious! BONUS: Hotel offers free ice cream!!

Fairly young couple with a 3 yr old. Staff is super friendly, kind and attentive, they helped us so much, special thanks to Mrs Doupe from Front desk and Mrs. Fabiola from the cafeteria/restaurant. The hotel itself was very clean and super comfortable. This will probably be the forever hotel if we return to Tampa. It's a 10 star from our end.

The location was a bit far from our places of interest but all this was not relevant as everything else was perfect. :)

Room was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Ice cream in the evenings! YAY!

They except pets but would not take our cat! He is neutered, 22lbs, and uses litter box that we always clean up after. I feel its discriminatory as we dont take him out in public so not a troublemaker .Make sure to call ahead of they say they except pets to verify.Our son lives here so luckily he kept the cat.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. I appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, allowing for a restful night's sleep. Overall, a great experience! The hotel was recently renovated and they have free ice cream in the evening!

The property is in a very great spot for shopping and is very clean & peaceful!

There wasn't anything that I didn't like, well there could have been some hot grits and bacon for breakfast but other than that, the place is superb!
