TownePlace Suites Tampa North I-75 Fletcher

We loved the two bedroom suite. It was the perfect size for a family of 6 with plenty of space to sleep and plenty of room where we didn’t feel we were on top of each other. The kitchen area was wonderful to have especially with a big family. It was stocked with plate ware, not really cups and utensils for eating. We only had a cooking spoon so we know next time to bring a few more things to cook with. The breakfast was hot and very delicious. The kids loved the waffles and they had someone serving which was extremely nice and covid friendly. There was a little deck outside the eating area that we enjoyed eating breakfast at. The pool was on the smaller side but for our kids it was perfect and it was never full or crowded. The front desk was always helpful when we needed anything. This will definitely be one of our go to locations when coming to Tampa.

We rated an 8 because the mattress in the master bedroom was a lot firmer than we like.

They put us in another room due to the headboard falling off the wall and they had a full kitchen

It was very clean but the rooms need some maintenance the headboard broke off the wall and there were a couple of roaches that I saw and house keeping never came to clean the room also over the weekend everyone is to laxed there was smoking in the parking lot and hall way and the room next to us had a large dog that they left in the room and it sounded like it was coming through the wall

Didn't get to experience the free breakfast but it was offered and looked great. Very easy and quick check in/check out. Very clean room as far as we could tell. Plenty of toiletries and kitchen appliances to use.

Only complaint from my girlfriend and I was the stiffness of the bed. Everybody has their preferences but we would have preferred a bed on the slightly softer side.

I thought the rooms were a good value for the money and they were very clean. The bed was fantastic.

Oh the only thing I could say that I wasn't real pleased with on this property would be the parking situation. Parking was a little small and tough to pull in and out of.

Could use a refresh and wider entry way found the bed harder than our liking but some might like a more firm bed than us our oven door was broken it wouldn't close

I called before and spoke to a lady who was so nice- she was there when I checked in and remembered me. I thought the room looked like a little apartment and the kitchen was cute. Definitely booking here again! I love that it is so close to Lettuce Lake park- great location! Publix and food locations close by as well- Starbucks a building away.

If I were going to use the pool- it’s a little cramped. But that wasn’t the reason for the stay. They don’t have a tub- just a shower. Other than that it was perfect for what I needed.

Great place to stay, exceptionally clean and friendly staff. Newer construction hidden away so peaceful area. Only two small issues- no ice machine (there is a in room ice maker in the fridge but those take a while to make ice) and water pressure in the shower was meh. We would definitely stay here again! They have a “grab n go” breakfast- prepackaged muffins and a homemade bagel with sausage egg and cheese plus cereal and of course juices and coffee.

Caroline and all the working staff over there are just amazing loveable and supportive. They go out of their way to help you. Unfortunately I can't remember a specific name because they all were great and welcoming and their breakfast is very good real breakfast. I am going to miss that place.

The staff is awesome!! I and my daughter enjoyed the breakfast as well!! The room was very comfortable and well laid-out. My daughter was very happy with the pool!!

The room furniture could be larger, the pieces are very low to the ground. But acceptable!!

Roaches and the size of the pet that they allowed and I was billed a pet fee without being told and housekeeping did come to see if we had what we needed
