I did enjoy my stay. However, some of the staff at the front desk could be friendlier. I stayed at this hotel for six nights and I couldn't believe that breakfat was the same exact thing every single day! I have stayed at many hotels because we travel alot and that was my first time experiencing that. Most hotels that serve breakfast no matter if its a little or alot will at least have a different variety of items from day to day. Also, I like to drink tea and out of the week of my stay, tea was only in stock for just two of those days. The juice machine was always out of order. But, your maintenance staff is very nice and polite and I would probably stay here again. So, no major complaints. Just a few things need to be improved.

The hotel is right off of the highway. In a great location with lots of stores in the surrounding area. The room itself was ok, especially for the price. On the surface, everything looked clean.

The breakfast choices were not good. We choose not to eat there. Also, I saw a lot of dust behind the bed, on the mattress cover.

The beds/pillows were very comfortable, loved the comforter, t.v selection in channels was great, location was great and overall it was a quiet stay.

Nothing, that we didn't like. The showers gave out great hot water but overall a little snug.

Staff was very helpful, Michelle was great at check in and thru out our stay. Cleaning staff went above and beyond. Didn't catch the name of the girl with the long dreads but she was amazing as well. Gentlemen who may be maintenance was very friendly. If I could give more stars I would. Staff cared about our whole stay not just the check in process. We will defiantly stay again when we return. Also the fact they have smoking rooms was awesome and made it more comfortable.

It was clean and convenient and had a free breakfast.

One of the rooms had a cracked sink and a bug in the shower. The other room was perfect. The pool needed to be cleaned of debris. Hence I can’t say is was exceptional.

Location, quietness in the hotel. No animal policy great. Value was nice, enjoyed the snuggle feel of the room. Like we had a microwave and fridge.

We arrived at 3pm and our room wasn't ready for 30 min. When we did get notice to register in, the attendant wasn't very friendly. No smile,it does go a long way. Towels need to be changed out, fluffy and softness is gone. ALSO the shower door is not tightly sealed, makes a mess. More floor towels should be given.

First I was greeted nicely, and my room was ready when I arrived at 3pm. My room was cozy,I like that,bathroom was clean and enough towels. Facilities worked. Hot water, great bed was nice and comfortable good sleep. And when we left we were offer a bag breakfast. That was nice, check out was complete and were wished s great day. All and all it was a very nice stay, I'll be back😀

Basically nothing my stay was great

Breakfast was good. Cleaning staff was very nice and helpful.

There was bugs in the pool in the water that would bite u when u swimming.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were in town for Busch Gardens and the hotel was very close to the park. For a hotel so close to a major attraction, the value was excellent.

The location was perfect. It's close to my family and friends. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The parking lot was well lit. The staff was nice and professional. The soap and shampoo were great.

The lobby and hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. I could only find three channels on the television.
