Rooms are great. Beds very comfortable. Very clean. Updated. Outside the pool was clean and a good amount of seating. Elevators definitely need help. Location to Busch Gardens is great. Literally across the street. Enjoyed fireworks from the parking lot. It was especially hot when we visited but the ac was good. Neighborhood is just fine. Police and city offices next door with lots of greenery. Just needs some fresh paint around corridors. We did the suite which was two adjoining rooms so we had two full bathrooms. Really enjoyed our stay.

Location: convenient. It's across from an Olive Garden and a few minutes away from Busch Gardens. Parking: plenty of free parking, easy to access. They have a vending machine with snacks and drinks available. The grounds are relatively well-kept and there is a nice looking outdoor pool. Room: the room was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. There were clean towels and 2 small soaps available. There was a reclining chair. Wi-Fi is free and the TV offers vcast so you can watch whatever you want by casting from your phone (easy to connect). They offer free breakfast from 0700-1000h. The staff makes all the difference. The lady who signed me in is friendly, professional, and helpful. She was also efficient. She got me signed in and set up in no time. They have a coffee machine in the lobby. She offered me coffee whenever I want some. It was very good coffee.

The back of the hotel where my room was had a large bin and wooden pallet obstructing the view of a couple of the guest rooms. You can still access them, but it would be better if they were not there. The room did not have a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, or hot cups. These are extras offered for an additional price, but at $149 (169 after taxes), these are amenities I expected.

The room was very tidy. The cost of the room is reasonably priced for the location and surrounding area. I'd consider another stay. The staff is very courteous.

Unfinished remodeling. The walkway in front of the room doors is unfinished. The elevator is missing wall panels. The lobby counter is not completely finished. The little things do not go unnoticed. The building colors appear dreary, even on a sunny day. Grey!?

The location to the front gates of Busch Gardens is ideal. Less than a mile away. Walkable by day and a 10 dollar Uber ride by night. Surrounded by fast food and a liquor store adjacent to the back parking lot. Pool was clean and nice. Rooms are under renovation to be completed in the next few months. The manager Shaquonda was terrific. The included breakfast was open till 10am clean and well stocked.

It's somewhat rundown but under renovation. The beds were fine though. Comfortably firm.

Great location - we stayed at LA Quinta overnight as a base in between days at Busch Gardens. The room was smart and clean. The breakfast was fantastic- really excellent considering the price of the stay.

The ceiling was leaking in the corridor outside our room. There was a wet floor sign there, but it still meant we got dripped on everytime we went in or out of our room.

The bed was super comfy and the room was very quiet.The location was amazing only a 10 minute walk to Busch Gardens.The breakfast was great with a good selection of different cereals.There were lots of places to eat within walking distance.

Nothing everything was perfect.

A couple of minor issues ptomptly resolved by staff who were very helpful and pleasant The rooms were of very high standard and extremely comfortable the blackout blinds on windows were very effective. Breakfast was adequate and plentifull. Would definately stay again as it was close to theme park 25 minute walk around perimiter.

Nothing it was better than we expected with good value for money and good customer service. Room was in very good order could mot fault it excellent value for money.

Location to Busch Garden was great. All staff were friendly and very helpful.

I didn’t realize the breakfast was continental, I would have preferred buffet type. The physical aspect of the hotel doesn’t have appeal. On the second night, we found a little roach, even though we didn’t see any more, the office was made aware of it.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and had everything needed. Pool was clean and great to swim in. Bed was very comfortable and a/c worked great. Everything worked like in the room.

Loud guests out in the hall wee hours of the morning, playing music loud and partying , slamming doors. Hard to sleep when they go back and forth to different rooms. Should be a way to have a reasonable hour to have noise level way down. Or be in their rooms.

The location was close to Bush Gardens, the staff were very pleasant & helpful. Wifi & the room were ok.

The common areas eg. Walk ways were not clean & the ACs for each room were running water on the corridors. The elevator was hot & unattractive to be in..we mainly used the stairs.
