I enjoyed the quietness and my rm was clean and house keeping staff are wondful parking is available pool was clean as well I would stay here again

Maintenance took for ever to come and fix my air-conditioning I complained about it the first night they didn't come until the day before I was leaving and if they changed my room I had to pay extra and to top it off I'm disabled and I requested to be accommodation the staff told me I had to extra and the rooms had double beds I only need one bed the hotel needs to have stand up showers in there single rooms for disabled guests

The view of the area was beautiful and the pool setting was great I loved it.

Anyone could get in your room when I paid for 2 rooms. Someone was in the bed when we came back from the hard Rock casino. They had to move me to another room. That was scary and you couldn't sleep from the noise the other guess was making. Over all it a clean and great place.

The pool the fact that there is a smoking area but you're not completely excluded off the property because you smoke but there is a restaurant nearby and some of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable

What I didn't like was air conditioner not working as well on one side of the building because I have stayed there in the past on the other side and had wonderful air conditioning other than that everything was okay I wish they would serve breakfast there but everything else was just fine

Location is close to several business, rooms was spacious. Plenty towels, fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable and the best part was the air conditioner which is central with a console inside the room, which kept room at desire temperature.

The only disvantage was the people that wander, at some point, one person's reservation was cancel and they had to call police on him cause he stated yelling and thread the guy on front desk. The bath was burned need to be change

The view from the front entrance. It was very serene. The room was decent. It was quiet considering it was located on a busy road of Tampa.

There was a strong scent. Almost like mold in the room. The sliding glass doors were difficult to open. We pulled the pins off and unlatched the locking mechanism and it still didn't give way. The tub needed a much more deeper scrubbing because I can still see a bit of grime on the bottom

The hotel has a great location close to the parks with a restaurant/bar next door to it on one side and a breakfast restaurant next door on the other side so there was no need to move the car once we checked in!

Though the room had been renovated, it still needed work and we reported the damaged shower rail to the front desk. Otherwise it was as we expected for the price we paid

Excellent location and friendly staff

Noticed the sheets and blankets in both the rooms had stains and hairs on them. Housekeeping wasn’t there at night when we noticed it. Hot water works but had to let the water run a few minutes before it was good to take a shower

The staff was always there when you needed them, countless fresh towels, the deposit refunded within 24 hrs. The price, through booking.com was wonderful. We ending staying till the 19th and the extra day at the last minute was no problem. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

The extra day added on, cost significantly more then the two previous nights I booked.

The room was comfortable and the shower was hot! The staff was really nice and welcoming!

The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room and the shower was stained and old looking. It was very loud at night with kids screaming and running in the halls and people out at all hours of the night. It finally quieted down after midnight. The restaurant in the hotel was closed down which was fine because there was dining within walking distance.

My dog managed to open the door and get out, ( he's really smart) and was on the hwy, they grabbed the dog and out him in the break room but no before giving a bunch of love. I was so happy when I got him and also grateful, especially because my dog is a German shepherd.

The trash everywhere. I know it's not the staff but they could be a little more strict on it.
