Wow, I was for a change OVERWHELMINGLY pleased with my stay! I wholeheartedly recommend this location to any weary travelers & those in need of reassurance that people still care! Front desk was jovial and helpful, staff was always greeting visitors and cared about your satisfaction! Never met manager, but I might have hugged them, because the excellence was in every employee…that is very rare, these days. The free breakfast was hot, well thought out, ever changing and delicious 😋! We stayed 5 nights and the awesomeness was ever present! Pool was heated & salty clean! Service from front desk staff. We had not made a reservation for a private room for our daughter, who was with us and was to stay with her grandmother that night (she lives in the Villages). However, we arrived so late that we didn't want to disturb grandma, as we would be driving to Disney the next day and we asked for a private room for our daughter. They were very accommadating and immediately found a room for her across the hall from our room. Friendliness from maintenance/cleaning staff and friendliness from front desk staff was great, too.

Location was perfect since I was visiting relatives in the Villages. Breakfast was a mix of cereals or eggs/omelet bacon/sausage biscuit/gravy. Also a variety of breads and danish.

I thought it was overpriced especially since there was a significant increase for Friday and Saturday nights. This was an emergency visit since my brother was dying (he passed away on Friday) and the cost really hurt this senior citizen since it was an unexpected journey. I know-not your problem. Also, they ran out of orange juice! How do you have a facility in FLORIDA and not have orange juice??

Bed was super comfortable, staff did everything to make our stay easy. It was a great experience, the cleaning staff was especially helpful.

eggs were pretty bad, stuff was left in the refrigerator (like boiled eggs) not cleaned out and replaced. Not a problem for me as I don't eat that stuff. I found what I needed.

Very poor wifi. Also, tv had ads for service provider coming on side of TV every couple minutes...irritating.

no TV guide on the remote, nor any “info” button… not able to choose without just scrolling through..

there was a mistake made on my end on booking dates and the daytime attendant was very accommodating to helping resolve the situation

the night time attendant said there was nothing he could do to resolve a booking error I had made. He was still pleasant but not sympathetic to my situation.

They were awesome! My little kitty has anxiety and freaked out. She hid under the bed, wouldn't come out. The front desk called the maintenance and he lifted the bed and I was able to get her out. They really helped me out. Thank you so much!

Room was very nice. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

There was No exhaust fan in bathroom and the doorstopper was in the wrong spot for getting out of shower. The bar for getting out of tub was on the back of shower.

The staff was so welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was delightful! The location was perfect for us because we were visiting my parents who live in the villages. Cant wait to come back.

The wifi was slow and the Eagles lost the superbowl
