Everything was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly and attentive, without feeling performative or intrusive. There was ample parking. The location was convenient to the interstate and shops. Great bathroom lighting and plenty of water pressure.

I wish there was a safe in the room. I looked everywhere. Also, a closed closet to keep the room looking tidy with luggage out of view.

Great location, amenities, and staff!

We have traveled with our dog, and could not stay in the indoor breakfast area: the excessive heat of this period made our daily breakfast sweating and rushy as we had to be outdoors in the patio.

Compared to All hotels I've been to, this one has the best reasonable price compared to the service they provide. The room was super clean super spacious and the staff was very good.

Had incidentals covered, wife forgot razor but got one at the front desk. Bathroom was big and shower was huge.

Water pressure was weak which affected showers and even the sink. Was a rust spot, 1.5” diameter under the step in the shower, really too bad as it stuck out because the rest of the bathroom was so clean

the water was overly soft so it was impossible to style my hair for the wedding we were attending.

I liked the customer service we received. The front desk agent texted us soon after we checked in to ensure we were comfortable. It added a personal touch to the experience.

I didn't like that my shower was not cleaned. The bathroom was fairly cleaned but thoroughly, we noticed dirt in on the tub ground and remaining soap scum on the shower door and the finishings.

The breakfast was really good, the room was spacious and very clean. The kids loved the pool area. The staff was so pleasant and friendly. It was a busy weekend because of a large wedding party.

The shower head was about 7feet up you had to be Shaquille O’Neal in order to change the shower settings. Also there was no actual door on the bathroom. Well there was a sliding partition that had an opening in which you can see straight in

I booked this room because I was having plastic surgery across the street at The New Plastic Surgery Center. We live in St Petersburg but since my surgery was scheduled for April 20th and I had to go back the day after it only made sense that we stayed close. Sarah was extremely helpful as I requested an early check in on the 20th as my husband had to drop me off at 6:30 am. When he arrived to your facility shortly after, the room was ready. I came back around 1 pm(don't remember much lol) but I DO remember being very comfortable. I want to thank all that was involved in making our stay so wonderful and especially to Sarah who made this all happen. This Hilton was one of the 3 hotels that the surgery center recommended and I will surely be telling Dr. Fakhre about our experience. Also they were very nice and had a wheel chair ready for me when I came back from surgery. Thank you Hilton! We are a Hilton Honors family!

I have stayed at this hotel two time and my family and I enjoyed it. The staff is really nice, the location is great, and the property is always clean. We absolutely recommend it.
