Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa-Wesley Chapel

Very comfortable room and bedding. Nice gathering area adjacent to the lobby with big screen TV. Excellent quality bath accessories, soaps, etc. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful.

Considering the price point, the hot breakfast could have had more variety. There was only one outside food establishment within safe walking distance. During the night we stayed (Saturday) three vehicles in the HI&S lot were broken into along with several others across the street at HI Express. If Hampton Inn had overnight security staff, they didn't do their job and if there was none, there should have been, especially at the price point we paid.

It started with a friendly and informative staff member. I noticed how clean and organized the lobby was (an inviting coffee area, large dining area). Pleasantly surprised at the spacious room. Very clean, no clutter, large screen TV, spacious bathroom that had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable--the white quilt showed how clean and inviting the bed was. Breakfast was great, basically anything you would want to eat. Dining room spacious and clean. Coffee was great! Easy checkout. Our new place to stay when we come to visit Land O Lakes.

What's not to like. We enjoyed our stay with you and the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Everything was great,but I enjoyed breakfast the most!I don’t know how Migdalia Martin did it! The area always clean,food so delicious and well kept!So much to choose from! Migdalia was there for all of us;asking if we needed anything; she was very careful,making sure that COVID 19 restrictions were kept..helping whoever needed help .And making sure that the area was sanitized after people finished..and she was so polite all the time!!We will come back to your hotel..for sure!

Staff was beautiful! Everyting was clean!

One of the elevator buttons don’t work well. also the breakfast was not suitable for my family. we can’t have dairy and the eggs, bagels, and milk for the cereals all had dairy. we only had bananas and dry cereal

The room and property are excellent. The Hilton standard is exemplified by this property and the staff should be proud to be a part of that team because they too are outstanding. Very outgoing, helpful, friendly, and also proactively taking safe measures to ensure a healthy atmosphere. We were very pleased with the staff. The executive housekeeper was fantastic and very helpful to me. All front desk agents were fantastic (especially Andrea) . This particular Hampton is a real gem. You will not be disappointed.

The second elevator was not in use for some reason and lent to extra wait times periodically.

The staff was outstanding. Jerita & Mike couldn't do enough for anyone. Helpful, friendly, professional. We were only there on an overnight, but it was memorable. The breakfast server was also friendly & helpful despite being extremely busy refilling for the next guests. All in all, a great night spent.

I asked that my room be cleaned and it wasn't. I didn't even get clean covers to change the bed myself. They didn't always have clean towels.

The staff was awesome. They were polite and professional. They made sure to tell us "hello" every morning when we walked in to the lobby and "goodnight " when we came back in the evenings from driving around. The Breakfast was good and warm every morning.

Breakfast was OK. Eggs OK but not great. Kitchen staff really friendly. Room was OK but we were directly across from the area where people waited for the elevators. Then when they talked and laughed we heard them.

Get another room away from the elevators.
