Location was close to where I was doing business, breakfast was good & family enjoyed it. Our room (2 queen beds & sofa bed) was big enough for us all. Had a nice view on the higher floors. The waterfall by the entrance was very nice.

This would've been a 5 star for me but I'll give it a 3 The reason due to how one bed didn't have a bed sheets or comforter & I asked 3 times if they could please give us some, I even said I'll wait in the lobby for them but they said the guest runner will bring it but never got it after speaking 3 times to the front desk staff. I've worked in the resort hospitality industry for a while now & our guest runners (or even a front desk member) was able to bring a minor item like that to a guest room pretty quick, so I don't know what the issue was? If I'm ever in the area again for work I may give them another chance but the fact bed sheets that should've been already made on a bed was a struggle to be delivered is crazy.

Everything I mentioned above from Front Dest Check-in, Lounge and evening Snack at the Bar were all pleasant experiences with qualified friendly staff. Breakfast was FANTASTIC. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing....

I think thaty everyone does their part to make all as comfortable as possible in these trying times, and a facility that is beginniong to show it's age. My friend and I had a very nice visit and expertience in this establishment.

It was very nice hotel room was cozy the happy hour was good i enjoyed the pool for a bit and the bf was very good

I didnt like that they was No towels in the pool area and i got a room for 6 poeple and they was no extra blankets for the pull out bed beside that everything was good

The staff was very fríendly, the food at the restaurant was really good. Kudos to the chef!!!

The room was not especially cleaned compare to other locations of Embassy where we have been at. The sofa mattress was not comfortable at all. We found food in the fridge from the previous guests

Beautiful and very attractive inside lobby area…convenient location …great that a restaurant is right there on property!

I feel the prices for the rooms were way too high… the carpet in the hallways after getting off of the elevator and inside the rooms need to be cleaned.. pool need to be heated…👍🏾

I was there fir 8 nights and in ask the front desk to please let them clean just one day and he ignore me, and my request, however, it not the first time he ignore me, and i guess it wont be the last, all the other staff was great

My room was not clean for the entir eights nights i stay there, i ask the cleaners , they told me to speak to the front desk which i did, and the gentleman ignore my request

The rooms were gorgeous and beds were comfortable.We had free drinks and amazing breakfast.

The staff made us feel like they were doing us a favour.Made us feel uncomfortable at times.They weren't friendly.

We loved the hotel, and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, our bed was way too firm for both me and my husband. We both experienced back aches after each night of sleep there. :(

Pleasant Atrium area with bar & restaurant. Good quality hot breakfast included in room rate, together with complimentary drinks in the early evening. Good sized bedrooms, free car parking too

Room was nice with great balcony. Staff was excellent. Dinner was fantastic.

Linen and towels NOT FRESH. Has what I call the “hotel smell”. Entire hotel outdated and needs a face lift. I will visit again but expect the cleanliness to be better. Though dinner was GREAT, Breakfast was not so good.
