The staff was absolutely wonderful…so friendly and helpful! The rooms are extremely clean and the view (looking out the front of the building towards the inter coastal) was nice too. It was great to have bikes available to explore Palm Beach island. The hotel is an easy, quick, safe walk to The Square, Kravis Center, Convention Center, Downtown Clematis and both bridges into Palm Beach. Continental breakfast was a good option to have on the days we just wanted to grab a croissant and coffee.

If I could change one thing in this beautiful new building, it would be the coffee maker at breakfast. Although we totally appreciated that the espresso maker used fresh coffee beans, it was difficult to operate (by all hotel guests, not just us…lol). I think most guests would prefer not to struggle to make a cup of coffee every morning ;) Just a suggestion…otherwise everything was perfect :)

Finally a great hotel in WPB! I have stayed at other AKA’s and I’m never disappointed. This location is brand new, very well located a 3-4 min walk from The Square, everything was spotless, staff was super helpful, safe area with covered and secure parking. I was welcomed with a nice note and gift bag. The bed and pillows were fantastic, Nespresso coffee machine in the room. This is now my go-to hotel when I’m in the WPB area.

I honestly looked for something that could have been improved and couldn’t find anything. 👌🏼

The staff members were very professional. During the peak time; they remain pleasant and willing to go above and beyond to make the stay comfortable

Didn’t like the breakfast option. They provided upon request: hot beverage (coffee/tea), fruits, bars, and dry cereal. Cannot wait for the restaurant to open next door. Close proximity to other restaurants located downtown as an alternative.

Location, wonderful rooms, I had a studio, but with a washer/dryer combo.

In my studio there were no towel racks in the bathroom and I mentioned it to the assistant manager. I would think for breakfast they could add decaf coffee, and a hot water kettle to boil water for tea which there was none of. The property was comfortable, easy to get to places, pool area wonderful; more pluses than minuses.

Very nice staff...Love the modern feeling of the entire property. Everything is covenient, the location, the interior of the room with all that you need for an extended stay, the location is close to the intercoastal, Palm Beach just all around easy, comfortable and well thought out in the design!

Breakfast takeaway option OK, walking distance from all shops and restaurants, quite room, gym and pool areas, friendly staff, clean and modern studio apartment and building.

No restaurant or bar or lobby area for meetings, a small table in the studio would be nice.

The location of the hotel is exceptional, 15 minutes walk from restaurants and 15 minutes by bike from the beach. The studio is spacious and its kitchenette top. The breakfast is very excellent with its croissants and pain au chocolats, as well as these yogurts. The staff is very smiling and very attentive! I'll be back

the property is going through a remodel although it never was an inconvenience. everything is clean and gray and well appointed

the restaurants will be opening soon. that will be a great addition

Brand new but everything worked. Usually, one expects snags with brand new facilities, but there were none. And finding Slim Aarons’ book in the room, a favorite of mine-amazing surprise! Kudos!

Everything was fine. I would suggest more hooks in bathroom to hang bathrobes, etc.

Brand new hotel! Loved that there was a full kitchen and washing machine.

Since it was new, there was a "new" smell in the room.
