The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and appreciated outstanding housekeeping daily. Location was very helpful visiting PBA. Also, the valet was outstanding!

The TV in the workout room did not work. The remote was hard to find.

The beds were extremely comfortable. Enough room to have others in. The kitchen was a huge plus if you are staying for an extended amount of time. I don’t remember her name, but the blonde haired woman at the front desk was always so helpful and nice.

The size of the shower compared to the shower head was a little strange. Maybe could use a rainfall shower head. I know this is more of a personal dislike. But, I hate getting in a large shower and still being crammed in one small space. Also, one night we needed towels and had to call a few times until we received them. Not a problem, however the front desk was not very polite that night. But the man who brought the towels was very nice.

The layout of the room was very good - lots of storage for clothing and a well-laid-out kitchen

The quality of the cookware was abysmal. I chose this hotel because obviously I wanted a kitchen. Like most people whom I imagine choose to have a kitchen while traveling, I am health-conscious and prefer to prepare my own food. The pots and pans were all chipped teflon - which is widely known to be harmful for consumption. Stainless steel cookware is very inexpensive, and it would greatly improve the quality of your rooms to replace all of the teflon with stainless steel. Also, the kitchen could have been better equipped - for example a large mixing bowl for preparing salads would have been very helpful.

The hotel is very quiet, it is located in a very good place, you can go for a walk without any problem, very good attention from the very friendly staff, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast is very good, the employees who attend you are very friendly, the rooms are very clean, you can walk to Rosmary Square there are several restaurants and shops, cinema, you can take your pets

Excellent front desk staff. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were immaculate. Location is perfect for walking.

The tv did not work when we got in the room. They did send someone to fix it. In approx 1/2hour or do it was fixed. The lights on the sides of the bed were both broken. Lights worked but “shade” was ripped and looked shabby

The location was perfect. Conducive to shopping and walking! The staff was exceptional, courteous and helpful.

the pool area wasn’t at all impressive! the pool itself was dirty and not cleaned
