The hotel exceeded our expectations related to cleanliness, accepting our pet's visit and the decor of the room itself. Conveniently located in downtown WPB.

The only negative aspect for us was that as a guest, one can only set the desired temperature in the room, BUT cannot increase the fan speed in the room. My wife and I are both hot sleepers, so we like the room to be cold if possible. We first set the temperature at 70 degrees and mid-way thru the night, I got up to lower it to the lowest possible setting of 65 because we were both awoken by the temperature in the room. Later we noticed that the temperature had been set to 65, but the fan speed never increased. We tried to manually increase the fan speed but the "restricted" message came up. This same restricted message came up for all AC functions other than increasing or decreasing the set temperature.

The property was clean and staff was nice.

We rented a cabana and there are only three. We got to the cabana first in the morning. Went to the cabana whee we saw our name (the three of them are the same )and put all our stuff down at it. We were there over an hour before the other people who rented cabana came down. Apparently one of the gentlewoman had said that he had a particular cabana (the one we were in) and started making a stink about. He never said anything to us but eventually spoke to a staff member who then came and spoke to us and had of switch cabanas. Moral of the story the hotel should have “assigned numbers” for the cabana when you rent them That way someone can’t make a big deal about which one is theirs. You get what you get.

Valet on check-out just didn't brought our car on the agreed time the night before but was also very slow and didn't help with our luggage. The young man was too busy with his mobile. A pity, we had an overall wonderful experience in the hotel. Nota: somebody smoked in our first room. After mentioning it to the welcome desk we were given in the next 5 minutes another room with apologies...

Location was fantastic you really can walk anywhere. The staff was so friendly from the valet, front desk, Restaurant, Bob and the grounds keepers. Everyone just really makes you feel like home.

That it’s valet only, these guys are great and fast but I like to be able to just get my car by myself. I’m a tipper and we were in and out a lot during our visit, so I spent more on parking and tipping than I did on anything else during my visit.

Wonderful hotel, restaurant, staff, rooms, and overall experience at The Canopy. Great location. Modern decor and loved the food at the Banter restaurant, which is conveniently located in the hotel. The hotel is just wonderfully designed and definitely will be a favorite when staying in downtown West Palm Beach. The rooftop pool, bar, and restaurant are breathtaking.

Everything was beyond my expectations, and there was everything to love about The Canopy.

I love this place! Brittany at the Front Desk was awesome! We arrived hours before check-in, & she was able to check us in right then. She offered us water, & gave us 4 bottles to take up to our room. The room was such a welcome sight after a bad trip to the Bahamas. It was very clean & comfortable. The shower is amazing! And I love the overall decor. Oh, & the Tree House restaurant is just what we needed to end the day. The food was delicious, & the staff was great. Lastly, you can’t beat the location. It’s a very short walk to Rosemary Square. We will be back!

Towels in the room - not enough and not replenished fast enough. I think water should be put in the room fresh each day.

The hotel is beautiful, the Cafe 's staff so sweet, spacious room.

The staff at the front desk didn't smile at all. When we arrived I felt like we were bothering the woman there. She gave no information, just the room key. There were coffee capsules in the room but no coffee machine.

I liked everything about the hotel. The location was top notch. The staff was amazing. The decor was tasteful. The food was amazing and the free shuttle car was a bonus!

The bed. It was slanting to one side and was not comfortable at all.

The location was great the hotel itself was really nice and the front desk staff was very nice. We really enjoyed the bikes for guest to ride.

The roof top restaurant, The waitress Marie has a really bad attitude. I really don’t think this is the type of job she needs to be working, serving guest should always be a pleasant experience our first day at the hotel less than 15 minutes was a bad experience once we entered the roof top restaurant.
